First time purchasing food from wayback and I was extremely disappointed. The chicken sandwhich looks like they cut the chicken patty in half compared to the pictures online. I feel like this was fast food catfishing. You can see pictures of what I got versus what was shown online. This is the only establishment that serves a chicken sandwhich that doesnt look or is comparable to what they advertise. The lettuce was brown and wilted and they only put one slice of tomato on my sandwhich. It taste good but im just dissatisfied with my chicken sandwhich altogether.

Burgers and fries were cold, toppings were missing and meat wasn’t cooked thoroughly. Nothing looked fresh, the burger had a stale looking piece of lettuce, barely could even see the cheese it so thin, overall not a good experience.

They are the best ! They’re consistent , affordable, and always make delicious food. They’re always a very kind and respectful bunch, and work hard to prepare you food in a timely fashion without ruining the integrity of the meal. One of my favorite classic cheeseburgers and cheese fries in town!

Horrible! Me and My coworkers will never go back! Food and service was horrible! we recently had lunch here only because we work near the one in Orange on Boston Post Road and they are amazing in Orange so we were expecting the same service and food here and didn’t get that at all ! this place sucks and the food was cold nothing was marked so we didn’t know what was what. My coworker had to drive back as they forgot to put some of the order in the bag! Wow expected better! I hate COLD food ! also please change the oil that you fry in, its time!!!
