This is the dirtiest panda express I’ve ever seen. The management not must give a crap because there is trash filling all the trash cans, crumbs like they haven’t swept in a month and there’s Mats sitting where people are supposed to sit. There was hair on the seat I was trying to sit. Its a complete disaster. Go to a different panda express. The food also wasn’t great.

The Panda Express at the DTS location is hands down the worst I’ve ever experienced. I ordered chow mein and was shocked to find zero noodles in the box—just a sad pile of cabbage and onions, which is completely unacceptable. It’s literally in the name: chow mein. To make things worse, the staff was dismissive and rude when I pointed it out, and the management clearly didn’t care, brushing off the complaint like it was no big deal. If you’re looking for decent service or even just the food you actually paid for, steer clear of this place. Overall rating -8/10

We like Panda, but this location lost us as customers. We arrived at 7:35 p.m. and were told we could only get whatever food was already sitting out. No greeting, no courtesy. When I asked about closing, the employee said they close at 8:00 and that we would have to leave by then. When we chose to leave, she showed zero interest. Very disappointing customer service.

Service was a little slow but the food was great. I stopped by to pick up dinner for the family on a Wednesday evening and there were only three or four employees working. With two cooks and a cashier, this left one poor woman alone on the serving line to fill everyone’s orders. She was a trooper but it still took a bit longer than usual to get through the line. This location has more of a lunch vibe to it so I imagine they’re staffed better during lunch hour.

I usually enjoy Panda Express, but this branch is consistently disappointing. Even when I order ahead, my food is never ready on time – I still end up waiting a long time. They also often mess up my order, which is frustrating. It really feels like they’re short-staffed and need more employees to keep up with demand. Hopefully management can improve service here.

One of the worst managed Pandas in Vegas. Every time I come were waiting 10 minutes for something. Today there were 15+ plates waiting 10+ minutes for chow mein and I noticed they weren’t even cooking any. Manager finally noticed and went to make some made herself despite having a cook right there.

We got uber eats from this place. The chow mein was all steamed onions/celery no noodles. The beef and broccoli had zero beef in it. This was for all 3 orders.

This one star is beacuse of the worker Emily G. Very rude and lazy. It’s not people’s fault they asking questions about the food. She rolled the eyes on me when I asked her do they have a veggie spring roll. Very slow too. No washing hands but she touched the food too with her hands. Disgusting.
