I’m not even kidding when I say I’ve never received a correct order from this location. Not ONCE. It is literally always a fight to get either your entire order or the correct order. My most recent order was incorrect the first time, so I called. They sent another pizza. Much to my surprise, I opened the box to find the exact same INCORRECT order. this time, they didn’t even bother to put sauce on the entire thing and it arrived in shambles. What in the actual heck Pizza Hut.

Anyone know what is going on with this location? Recently everytime I walk here to pick-up my order, the front door is always locked with a hand written sign that says “drive-thru only” so I walk to the drive through and they stare at me like I am a total weirdo. You can see them quickly talking to see who is going to deal with me at the window, then they finally open the window and I tell them I am here to pick up my order and they almost seem surprised but annoyed. Sorry I don’t have a car but I like yalls pizza, just not the judgy attitude at the window.

The manager at this location needs to be addressed immediately.
When a customer has a complaint, the right thing to do is make it right — period. Instead, the manager responded with completely unprofessional and verbally abusive behavior, saying things like “You’re not a human being” and “Leave and don’t come back.”
This all started over a simple complaint about a pizza that was sloppy, greasy, and poorly made. We’re from out of town and had to bring it back, which was already inconvenient enough. Rather than showing kindness or professionalism, the manager escalated the situation with hostility.
Yes, I was frustrated, but no customer deserves to be spoken to that way. I told him directly that he shouldn’t be a manager — and his response only proved that point. His behavior was completely unacceptable and he should be held accountable for it.

If you’re ordering from DoorDash, DO NOT order from this location. All of the employees stand in the back, with no one at the front to greet customers or dashers. There are always 5 or 6 dashers just standing around in the lobby. No details about what is ready and where. Expect delays and no details on what is going on.
If you ask, the shirt lady that works there will get upset because she can’t control how fast the pizza comes out of the oven, while she stands in the back, dumping old food into a trash can while she talks to the guy making pizza.

I did a online order yesterday 10-11-2025 to be delivered. When my order arrived part of my order was missing ( it happens mistakes are made.) I was told my food would be delivered in 30 minutes. A hour later nothing. I finally had a physically go into the store where I explained the situation to one of the workers there who was more concerned about attending to her register and telling me “she just got to work . My food was over cooked the service was not good.The Wabash store needs to be overhauled “no customer service”. I should have read the reviews before ordering. Shame on Pizza hut.

I would give this place zero if I could. I ordered pizza online at about 1015pm. At about 11 I went to get my pizza. There was a sign in the door that said drive thru only. I can’t to the drive through. I seen a woman on staff counting down a cash register drawer. As she was doing it , it appeared like she gave me a dirty look and kept on with what she was doing. I assumed she was acting like she didn’t see me. So I rang the door bell. nothing. For the next 30 minutes I’m thinking of a million possibilities. Ok well maybe she can’t walk away from the drawer, maybe she is by herself, it could be anything. She never not one time came to the door to say anything to me. I knocked on the window; called the store (I could even hear it ringing inside) Rang doorbell, waved hands and more. They don’t close to midnight. Then at 1155 I hear her making a phone call to the police and telling them that she needed them to come up there and walk her out because there was a crazy lady up there that wouldn’t leave. I was never asked to leave at all. I was never spoke to. I never got my food . I cannot believe how horrible this lady was and honestly I think Pizza Hut should think a little more about who they keep as employees because she was probably the rudest laziest employee I’ve seen in a long time!

I pulled up at the carry out window, I sat for around 10 minutes until someone pointed a finger at me… I continued to wait until I finally knock on the window and the delivery driver answered it and finally got my food… I pulled off and realized I didn’t get my soda, so I went back inside and the smell was terrible of pot and the front gentleman at the counter was obviously high.. this place is unprofessional

Female that gave us food was rude. Was missing 2 cheesesticks. Still only got 1. Wasn’t waiting any longer. Missing 4 extra marinara which we did get but with an attitude. Will not be back to this one.

Got the wrong food when it was delivered. Called to have it corrected and almost 3 hours later nothing so I went up there to see what was going on and I got nothing but attitude and when I got some resolve my food sucked
