As a Madisonian, we’re constantly searching for distinctive and laid back dining options. Kozy, a beloved local spot, presents a charming blend of breakfast and brunch dishes infused with a unique Spanish flair.
One dish that you cannot miss is the Ultimate Omelette, which comes generously adorned with zesty chili. Another highlight is the El Pastor Skillet, a delightful medley of flavors that truly impresses. The addition of pineapple is such a touch. And let’s not overlook the morning after burger—it’s a true feast for the senses and, in my opinion, the finest breakfast burger you’ll find in the Madison area.
Supporting local establishments is a top priority for us, and we can’t wait to return to Kozy to sample more of their delectable creations.

Loved the food here. The picture doesn’t do that cinnamon roll justice. The cinnamon roll was so fluffy and the cream cheese was not too sweet so not overpowering. You have to get the cinnamon roll. Also the homemade wheat bread was so good. Everything looked fresh and delicious.

The food was great. Waitress was great. They had Mariachi band to celebrate cooks bday. They played for more than 1 hour. It was fun but pretty loud due to small space but glad he got to be recognized on his bday.

What a wonderful diner! Delicious food. I had the Southwest Skillet and husband had Irish Skillet. Son had eggs, pancakes and homemade cinnamon roll. We were all pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and taste. Most diners provide the basics and feel it’s enough. This restaurant goes the extra mile with a very diverse menu. It is definitely authentic Mexican for certain items, alongside traditional favorites but with something extra. It is obvious the menu was created by someone who loves food and understands we want more than the basics even at a diner. I was really pleased with the thought put into the eclectic and cozy vibe in the decor! Will definitely be back when in the area!

I went a couple weeks ago and I have thought about the food since. The service was great, the food was great, and it was very clean! I love that they have great takeaway options for people. I even saw they had a Christmas dinner special! I can’t wait to go back and give money to a business that isn’t only delicious BUT cares about the community

This place was awesome. I have been going here since they opened. Owners are great. Now…each time we go it has gotten progressively worse. Last straw was today. My wife had issue with her eggs whites of her over medium eggs being completely runny berderline raw. She was super reluctant to send her food back and for good reason. I caught both our waitress and another complaining about my wife. Unacceptable…i miss the way it was so unfortunatly you lost a repeat customer today.

Lovely little brunch diner, we had the eggs benedict, southwest skillet and cinnamon roll. They were all fantastic. There can be a small line during busy times.

Delicious homemade food. There’s a reason there is a line out the door!
Pictured the Monte Cristo breakfast sandwich and pumpkin pancakes.

The food was ok. A little cold. It felt like omelet was premade and warmed up(not saying it was..just tasted that way). Was hoping for a lot more based on pictures. Wife said Cinnamon roll was yummy.
