I have been here plenty of mornings never once had an issue with the morning staff everyone is pleasant and quick.I went for the first time in the evening because I was craving a matcha and HAD A HORRIBLE experience that guy is rude, doesn’t listen, and didn’t even give me a receipt. Then when I called because I paid for a cup of ice I was told he couldn’t do anything about it because there was no manager until tomorrow afternoon. Didn’t take a name, any info, nothing. Just not cool

Dunkin’ Donuts in Palwaukee, Wheeling IL offers excellent service and a spacious waiting area. The new chipotle wrap is a must-try—flavorful and satisfying. Great spot for a quick bite and coffee.

I Went through the drive-thru earlier today for my coffee (I’m a local customer) as I was ordering I was disrespectfully asked to repeat what my order was. Once I received my coffee it tasted awfully bad. Not only did I not receive a re-fund or store credit, I couldn’t get ahold of someone that can help me to go forward with situation. Definitely would not recommend this place! And these reviews are not truthful from my experience.

This has to be one of the most disgusting rudest Dunkin’ Donuts that I’ve ever been to the manager is just a pure evil person that hates everyone. I don’t know why she works there, but she is one rude woman. But that’s just the beginning how do you hand somebody a doughnut after you touch it with your bare hand, put it in a hash brown bag and serve it to the customer without a regular bag or napkin? This is against all health department rules, and regulations. So I have no other choice to call the health department to save other people from getting sick from not using gloves, touching everything and then handing you food that’s not even fresh.

Coffee used to be good when they made new establishment. It’s super watered down now. Disappointing since it’s the closest DD to the plaza. The donuts are served in a small bag being completely exposed

I’ve been coming here even beforer this place closed down for a while. The last two times I came here to get a coffee original blends its had a lot of water. The color is off, its water down and it doesn’t take good, I hope they can fix it.

Today I went to this Dunkin location and let me tell you how upset and frustrated I was with the staff mainly the manager Mayra. While ordering my food trough the drive thru not only was she hurrying me up she was not putting the right information in the screen even with me attempting to correct her to make sure my order was right. Before I could order something else she cut me off and send me to the window. While trying to explain to the guy in the window I could tell he didn’t care. I added my item just to find seconds later they didn’t have any type of donuts. After all the hastle my coffee order was not what I asked for and it was pointless going back. 0/5 experience would not recommend this location .

I normally dont post reviews, but after a coffee i was looking forward to turned out awful its a must. This location seems to not care about what their customers order. You would think with how costly their coffee is they would do better. Each time I go through their drive thru, the order always turns out wrong esp for the cofee. I’m not sure if it’s because the speaker is somewhat not working or they just don’t care. My sandwiches come out wrong, my coffee comes out wrong. Like pat attention and give your customers what they ordered. I’ve had to stop on numerous occasions to walk back and have them remake the order to what I initially ordered. The sandwich in the pic was supposed to be a sweet black pepper sandwich. It was just a egg and cheese.

These guys are FANTASTIC! Especially the morning crew. I’m sure they’re sick of seeing my name pop up on the mobile order queue but they are always friendly, fast and deli deli!!
