Good place to stop in for some ice cream and some novelty. They serve up tasty treats with a flair! Service is very friendly. Great place for those special occasions for the little ones! Even includes a nice dining area for the kiddos to hangout. Bathrooms are clean.

Absolutely loved Shiver and Shake in Pueblo! The service was amazing — everyone was so friendly, fast, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The place has a fun vibe, and the shakes are out of this world delicious. You can tell they put a lot of care into every order. Super cute atmosphere with a selfish wall setup and my dessert was delicious! I had the blackberry cobbler Sunday with layers of ice cream, whip and syrup! We sat at the counter to get the old school ice cream shop feeling! We will be back!

I have been wanting to try this place & I was not disappointed. So good! The cheesecake pictured is excellent! To be completely honest, I didn’t care for the strawberry syrup in this shake. My taste may differ from yours, but it was a little overpowering. Real strawberries would be perfect. Still delicious, just mentioning it. My kids got various chocolate shakes that they loved!

Went there and when ordering they were out of chocolate ice cream so we substituted which was fine but then when it came to the order we had 3 ice creams and when we got 2 of them and the 3rd was skipped over while the other customers got served. One worker said that our spider ice cream went with this order and the other employee lady shrugged her shoulders with a I don’t care attitude and then handed me the ice cream. Then I asked why there was no recess pieces in my peanut butter explosions and with no hesitation “we are out”. This was a real turn off to such an expensive place to get ice cream. Wish I wouldn’t have tipped such horrible service with a side of employee attitude. 45 dollars later we are definitely not satisfied.

Awesome little place! I never got to make it to their food truck very often but when they opened their shop I was so excited. I was not disappointed it was so good in fact we had to go back the next day to try more stuff. I’m so glad we have a little place like this now and thank you shiver and shake for the amazing treats!!

We are hooked! So much to try, the drive is not terrible from south Co Springs, and well worth it in my opinion!
We got the dirt cake and Oreo crazy shake and cone! They were so delicious and I don’t think one of us girls finished, with all the bells and whistles!
If you get the chance, swing down to Pueblo west and check out this dynamite shake and ice cream shop, it will blow your mind!

Been wanting to try it with my boyfriend. Drive out from the ss. Well worth it:) the cups are cute didn’t expect that:,) and they are just extremely yummy. 10$ is usually much for ice cream BUT not here , I think it is will worth it! Will be back, hope to bring more people to try it cause wow lol. 10/10

This Was Our First Time Trying This Place In Any Form Had Always Wanted To Try When Was a Mobile Truck But Could Never Catch Up With It, This Place Was Very Clean, Great Staff, Uses Fresh Blue Bell Ice Cream, and Fresh Crushed Ice When Required, You Get a Mountain of An Milkshake With Every Order We Had The Oreo, And The Cheesecake Yes They Use Actual Oreo Cookies and An Actual Whole Slab of New York Style Cheesecake Respectively The Only Downside If Must Be One Is The Price Point Is a Bit High For The Average Consumer At A Median of $9 Per Shake But AGAIN YOU GET A MOUNTAINOUS PORTION Definitely Enough To Share, This Is Not Perhaps For An Everyday Treat But Definitely Perfect For A SPECIAL Occasion, or EXTRA Special Treat We Of Course Will Be Returning For The Clean, Fun, Welcoming Atmosphere and The Delicious Milkshakes Definitely Want To Return To Try The Shaved Ice Treats They Look Amazing If It Wasn’t For My Lactose Intolerance and My Inability To Not Use Darn Near Every Napkin They Had at Once Would Gave Gi en a Higher Rating Definitely KICH Radio/SizzleReviews Approved!
