Wanted to like the placed as it’s family owned and definitely can tell. Atmosphere ok more like a bar than anything else. Food was what ruined it. Got the ribs Combo and pulled pork combo. Ribs were tough and like rubber, pork cold and tough as well and sauce on both horrible with a weird jam taste. Cole slaw had bad aftertaste, seasoned potatoes looked and tasted like day old left overs, bake beans plain, and fries were decent.

Stopped in here Friday night on a recommendation from a friend. “Let me tell you what” probably the friendlest family I’ve came across and some of the best BBQ I’ve had in my life. Right away they picked up I am from out of the area and began to suggest other places to try also once I told them I’m not from Kentucky. Great local business that does their very best to not only serve you as a priority but, to keep you coming back. Thank you for the amazing service and great experience and best of luck on your new transformation in the future, I pray I get to experience it when your new establishment is completed.

Read the reviews before deciding to come here and most people seemed happy with the food. The atmosphere was cool since my fiancé is from NY. I’m really not sure if this was a fluke thing or what. Maybe being end of the day??? By far the worst BBQ we’ve ever had! Could not even eat the dry, hard ribs. The chicken quarters were so overcooked couldn’t eat them. Brisket was just okay. However the pulled pork was eatable. Best part of the meal was the potato salad. Maybe stick to pizza and wings and leave the bbq to the boys in the south! We were really excited to try this place and were very disappointed.

Cool local place with tons of Buffalo/NY sports memorabilia on the wall. I marked out for the classic Dale Jr. Budweiser poster on the wall. Juicy ribs with a tangy BBQ sauce. Some of the ribs were a bit chewy. The beans were excellent.

We had an exceptional meal. Hubs got really into the combo platter & ribs were my choice. They were out of brisket so must be a popular item. Not only the food was exceptional but the owner took time to speak with us. Especially appreciate when proprietor engages, obvious they are not just a place to eat. The owner shared how they are being good neighbors w community outreach & free meal special on Tuesday (pay if you can).
