Honestly one of the cleaner Dominos I’ve had. If I ate the pizza fresh it would’ve been fine. After driving it home, it needed a little finishing off be even then, the pizza was cooked enough to allow me to top it off in the oven. Super clean compared to other dominos I’ve had in the past.
Folks can complain and cry all they want but this is franchised pizza and this location is perfectly fine.

I usually avoid this dominoes but it was closer to where I was today. I redeemed my free pizza but paid extra for extra mushrooms. Look at this joke of a pizza. There is like 2/3 pieces OR LESS of mushrooms on each piece. It’s mostly just sauce and sausage. Will not use this location again. Not only are the toppings lackluster my pizza is visibly undercooked

Nov 28, went in and ordered 3 med stuffed crusted pizzas. 2 Philly steak and 1 Hawaiian. Wanted only white garlic sauce on all 3. That only happened with the Philly steak. Hawaiian had regular red sauce which I can’t eat due to gives me heartburns. Was very disappointed. Had company over so I didn’t get to take em back and have em redo it.

We had an order for a pizza and a brownie delivered to our home. The pizza was great. However, the brownie came out burned to a crisp. The establishment requested i call back the following day for a refund which I did. The manager personally apologized for the product and explained that their oven was malfunctioning the whole day. He attempted to refund far more than the brownie was worth which I wouldn’t allow. Prime example of an establishment owning a mistake and doing right by its customer! Will be back for sure.

Driver said he delivered pizza on the website. Never got the order. Called the store and they said it’s because I didn’t answer my phone. I had zero phone calls and was waiting outside for driver and he never even made it to my apartments. Zero stars should be an option.

I’ve been patronizing this store (#6218) for several years, and they have consistently provided good to excellent food & service (sometimes the base cheese layer suffers from shrinkflation and doesn’t always go all the way to the edge, and occasionally, the toppings are a bit sparse).
But today I write a review about my most recent experience, which is a Master Class in customer care.
Although one pizza (of two) in the order was botched (no base cheese layer at all), and it was just slightly delayed, Domino’s more than made up for it with their wonderful service.
First, as the order had arrived late, without asking we immediately received the “We were late, here’s a free pizza” offer by email. That of course was an auto-triggered (I assume) corporate email, but still, a delight to see.
More astonishingly, when I called the store to just casually mention the one pizza being botched, and before I could ask for any redress, the manager there, “Kyle”, was *extremely* friendly, responsive, gracious, and helpful.
Without me asking, he immediately offered to refund the amount of the one pizza. He then gave his direct number to stay in touch about getting the order credited, as he was rather new to the process.
And sure enough, he kept his word, stayed in touch, and ultimately the store ended up refunding the *entire* order, proactively. I was stunned. This is quite simply, in today’s world, an *extraordinary* level of customer service.
Kudos to Kyle’s trainer or supervisor as well, for having brought him on board.
Look, I know its just pizza, but in an era of dismal service in so many realms, Kyle stands out as a shining example of how to win customers. Good job all around, folks.

Terrible staff. I’ve been ordering from this location for years & won’t anymore. I knew the drivers by name & tipped well but a
2 hour plus wait for a pizza delivery is insane.
The staff was rude & dismissive when I called. Corporate never followed up with my 3 complaints about this location.
The staff’s excuse – they’re understaffed.
If there’s not enough staff, stop taking orders instead of angering customers left & right. It’s Corporate money, the staff should just tell people you can’t complete the order from the get go. Then people won’t get angry waiting hours for their dinners. This is a simple fix.
