Ordered the 9.99 deal with some cheesestix and a cinnamon pull apart. The pizza could have been cooked a little longer. The cinnamon pull apart was the best thing I got. Overall, it was what you expect from a chain pizza place.

Papa Johns that truly hits the spot. The cashier was really nice and prompt, our pizza was delivered in quite literally less than a minute when we got there. Pizzas looked great, variety of vegetables, and the garlic sauce was amazing. I don’t eat papa johns much but when I do, they never fail to disappoint. Amazing food and amazing place!

Just moved to this area and wanted to try the papa johns here , it was absolutely the worst pizza i have ever had ! I used to love papa johns but this location really pissed me off with their terrible food. Lack of toppings ! Dry crust ! I ordered steak and Italian sausage and it came out with NO steak at all ! They barely put veggies on it. $37 for this is brutal !

The pizza tracker told me my pizza had been done for close to 10 minutes so i sent my boyfriend to go pick it up. Well come to find out they just bump off all the pizzas and make it so they say done on the app when in reality they’re not. He had to wait 38 minutes for my pizza. They do that so they can keep their “times” down. Mind you im pregnant and vomiting because i havent eaten much so i was ecstatic to see my pizza was done only to wait an extra 40 minutes. He hadn’t even started the pizza until my boyfriend went in there. Its ridiculous.
Edit: He just got home with my pizza. Open it up to enjoy it and go figure its missing half the toppings. So i ordered a large pizza, half pepperoni and the other half onion/green peppers. Whoever was working put just TWO little peppers on my pizza. Theres onion, lots of it, but absolutely no peppers other than two measly pieces. My boyfriend actually used to work at this exact location a year ago and i always hated the store but as a customer?? its even worse.

Today was my daughters birthday and I had a big order, I called and spoke with Shea who was very kind and professional, I can tell she is either a manager or should be the manager but she took care of the whole order and made sure everything was perfect!!! Thank you Shea for your help on such a big day!!! The food was amazing too, I’ve never seen a pizza look so perfect when opening the box, this is the best papa John’s in Town!!!

We received our order in a timely manner. Our pizza was made wrong (see photo). I called the store and there seemed to be a gliche in the system. It did not enter all of the information we clicked for our pizza choices (white sauce, Philly meat, onion with ½ green pepper and ½ mushroom). They remade the pizza (see photo) and had it delivered even faster than the first time. I’m not sure how they made it happen so fast! It’s not a perfect world, but when something wasn’t right, they fixed it without question.

Awful experience! We ordered a pizza and nuggets from this store and the order took 1.5 hrs when it was supposed to be 40 minutes. When we tried to call and inquire on the status, it took multiple calls as they didn’t answer the phone. Once we spoke to someone we were told the order had just left and he hung up on us. The delivery service said he was waiting around for 20 minutes for the order. The food arrived cold.

I ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza and was told 10 to 20 minutes and when I got there at 20 minute mark, they haven’t even put my pizza in the oven. Then when it finally came out they didn’t cut it. So had to have them cut it. They handed me the pizza and said your all set. I told them i havent payed yet being honest. When I got home and opened it I realized 1.5 slices didn’t even have cheese on them and there was hardly any mushrooms on it. They were too busy listening to music and dancing then focusing on the orders and consistency. I won’t be back.

Just ordered 3 pizzas. Called to let the manager know that one was not correct. After 10 minutes of going back and forth with the lady, clarifying at least five times what pizzas I had in front of me, who was asking the kid who made the pizzas what he made and him telling her he made the pizza so she doesn’t know what happened between the store and delivery. To which I told her clearly I was given the wrong pizza. She said this was the only delivery the guy took so I had to have the right pizzas. She finally said so what do you want me to do. I said you could credit my account for one large pizza. She said no she won’t do that but she’d right my name down and I could come in to the store and she would then give me a pizza. I said I am at my parents house and don’t live here; you are basically calling me a liar and not willing to do anything to make it right. Then she hung up on me. Absolutely ridiculous!! The worst service ever!! Photo included proving I got two of the same pizza as I repeatedly had to tell the lady.
