Very nice family owned restaurant! From the moment we stepped inside, staff was attentive, warm and welcoming! We enjoyed the quesabirria tacos with consome (best consome I’ve had by the way). We’re in town for a few days but will definitely plan to stop by again the next time we’re in Phoenix.

Wow! We ordered birria tacos, a couple sides of consomme and loaded nachos for delivery and the food was absolutely delicious! The nachos were a little thicker so it didn’t get soggy right away and the toppings were just packed with amazing flavors. The consomme and the salsas, both red & green were on point.
We will definitely be ordering from this place again, so if you’re in the area, definitely give this place a try!

The birria was top notch — the consomé was very tasty. I’ve had so many consomés that were bland even after adding lime, cilantro, onions. This consomé doesn’t need anything added, it was delicious by itself. The birria was very tasty and fresh. The cheese pull on this taco was insane. I enjoyed the tortillas as well. All in all it was very good, I recommend it and will return in the future. Might be the best birria / quesabirria I have tried in Arizona

Here’s a polished, warm rewrite that keeps your voice but flows more smoothly:

They absolutely earn their rating. The birria tacos are everything you hope they’ll be—rich, flavorful, and unforgettable. Sophia was so welcoming and genuinely delightful, with a natural gift for hospitality. While I was deciding what to order, a man came in to pick up his food and told me I wouldn’t be disappointed no matter what I chose. He was right!

I searched on my phone for something close by. I’m so glad this place popped up with such a great rating—I had to give it a try. Absolutely delicious. I’ll be back the next time I’m in West Valley.

Our family found this place on Maps near Peoria HS after a game on Thursday. The photos and videos on Google looked too good not to try. We had 9 people, there were two 4 seater tables we pushed together and we all fit. We all ordered separately, the young lady at the counter taking orders was super sweet, helpful and professional. She made recommendations that were perfect for us. The food came out timely and it was hot and fresh. We were so hungry we forgot to take photos, but some of the orders included: birria rolled taco plate, chicken, al pastor and carne asada quesadillas, beans and cheese burrito, grilled cheese and 3 birria taco plate. Everyone cleared their plates. It was really good! We can’t wait to go back and try the Ramen and birria pizza. Mmmm

I highly recommend trying Analilia’s Requezas. The restaurant was clean, they had a health rating of “A” hanging on the wall. It was a small place, but big enough to dine in. There were several to go orders in the time we were there as well.

I love their food, it tastes amazing the only negative is they charge for salsa now. The one on the left pictured is $1 and the one on the right is $5. This is the only food place that charges for salsa, I love to drown my food in salsa and since they just started charging extra for it then I won’t be coming here as much. I find it crazy in this economy, everything is already expensive as it is. There’s a food truck near by called Waldo’s tacos and they’re always happy to give you as much salsa as you want for free and they’re pretty good too.

Ok NGL. I’ve had Birria from all kinds of places in this valley an I can honestly say their’s is the best I’ve had. My girl an I had the Birria ramen an tacos with the Birria frys an it was amazing. Pour the Birria Ramen juice on the frys an then dip it back in the ramen. Thank me later

I was looking for a new place to try for lunch. This place is overpriced and not that great. I ordered the 3 quesabirria tacos, consome, and a dragon fruit aguafresca. They charge for extra sauce, onions, hot sauce, just about anything. The tacos were juicy, but not a lot of flavor. The restaurant itself was dingy and not a lot of thought put in to keep people dining in. The best part of the meal was the dragon fruit aguafresca. That was amazing. I almost drank it all before finishing my first taco. I would go back for the drink, but hold off on the food. Their website isn’t that great either when trying to check out the menu. I stood there for a while when trying to order to be acknowledged and then they took some other people’s order before mine, so the service wasn’t impressive considering it was pretty empty when I got there. The tables have solo cups with a couple of napkins. And if you don’t pay cash they charge you more for card, but no signs or anything posted about it.
