This place has been a family and friend favorite for many years. I got a mango cake for a birthday event and was really disappointed by the quality. It was 90% cream and 10% cake. I have gotten this cake before but this is the first time I’ve cut into it with it being all cream inside. I still love this bakery but I’m just disappointed in the quality control… Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else!

Every year for my kid’s birthday, I always order a half-sheet cake from Bread Corner—it’s delicious and affordable! Today, I stopped by and saw that they’ve remodeled the store and added a bunch of new breads and milk teas, but the prices are still just as good as before. I’m so happy! This place is amazing, and I hope more people get to know about it!

We love coming to this location of Bread Corner for fresh bread/ bakery items. Our go to shopping list consists of many varieties of their buns – Red Bean, Pork, Ham and Cheese, and Milk Bread loaves, etc.
Their egg tarts are yummy too!
We are regulars here and love coming back here everytime!

Bread Corner has a large variety of breads and bakery goods, from cakes to egg rolls and varying breads. The prices are generally affordable with a few exceptions. The breads are pretty good, and the pastries and cakes are freshly baked. The cheesecake and red bean breads are pretty good. Service could be better. I would only come here for Asian style breads, or maybe the cake….

I ordered delivery for several buns, and all of them were well packed. The flavors were okay, and the texture was on the more solid side than the soft side. It was pretty nice to see that the bun was filled with pork fluff after I cut it into half. Overall, I think it’s roughly an average/above average Asian bakery here.

The bread here is really good. Personally, I recommend the “Pork Floss Bun”. When you add your phone number, you can earn points and gradually get a free drink or cake. The tapioca pearls in the bubble tea taste a bit weird though, so I wouldn’t get that here.

I was looking for a place that make cakes with taro paste filling, and this place delivered. I called in to ask and place a cake order. The lady I talked to on the phone was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable.

As it turns out, they offer various fillings and you can have 2 different fillings per cake if you want (their cakes are three layers). I don’t remember all the fillings they offer, but they include taro, chestnut, a specific fruit, or a variety of fruit. For the cake itself, they offer vanilla, chocolate, or green tea flavor. And for the outside decorations, they offer various styles that are displayed on their website. I believe their cakes come in 6″, 8″, and 10″, but I’m not completely sure. Price varies by cake size.

When we went to pick up the cake, the lady at the counter (different from the phone person) was very rude and curt. Nevertheless, we managed to get the cake without too much trouble. I was interested to note they included a bag on the side of the cake box, holding a plastic serving knife and a packet of long thin candles. Note the box opens from the sides and not the top.

The cake itself was exactly what I ordered: 8″ green tea cake with taro filling, style B (it’s supposed to be a sheep), and a birthday message. The message is chocolate on a “board” of white chocolate. The cake was delicious, though I was surprised at how dry and crumbly the taro filling was. And the green tea flavor in the cake was about the same as Japong’s matcha cake (not much flavor). The frosting is whipped cream and the cake itself is light and fluffy. Pretty good for $40.

First time visit, Not a lot of people in the store, probably Because the COVID-19 ..
Pro :the staff is friendly,(greeting); Store hygiene is 8/10 ..
Cons: I ordered 3 boxes of the desserts, they don’t even give/ pack in a bag? Little upset.. the taste of the food is 5/10… and last, I would like to pack some of egg tarts separately, the ladies didn’t pack what I want, feel embarrassed about that..

The selection of bread and desserts was great and the process of getting your own stuff is simple. The prices of the baked items were very affordable and great value. The drinks are a little more expensive though. I got around 8–10 different desserts plus 2 drinks for about $35. Everything was pretty good. My favorite was definitely the glazed croissant donut. It was genuinely one of the best desserts I’ve ever had. This place is definitely worth checking out and you just get the croissant donut.

So far my favorite bakery in the area. Some say the bread is expensive, but I find a filling size for their price. If I’m ever nearby and in need of a quick inexpensive but filling snack or meal, Bread Corner is the first place I think of.
There’s only about two tables inside the bakery so it’s not a sit-to-eat place which I don’t mind. Their bubble tea is a miss for me, but I let it slide since it’s not a bubble tea place.
