This location was good when they first opened. They’ve gone downhill though! I ordered a sub online; it came with a hair that belonged to the teenage boy that was at the counter. MIND YOU, I have long brown/black hair. The one I found was shorter and blonde.
I paid extra for more meat and lettuce on the sub, there were more jalapeños on it than meat and lettuce combined!
I’d rather drive the hour to St. Cloud and get a sub from Jersey Mikes ♀️

This new Subway location in Willmar is great! Staff are hard working and nice at this location as well. It’s too bad that they don’t accept Subway coupons anymore as of 1/1/23. I included a picture of the coupon notice. High priced without coupon deals. I’m assuming that the coupon notice is in place at all Subway restaurants.

My online order got messed up, but i really appreciated how quick they were to fix the mistake. She apologized for the mistake and was right to getting it fixed no issue. I wanted to acknowledge this, at times people make mistakes but what matters is how they acknowledge it and go about fixing it and she was nice and did a great job in making the moment right!

Very poor customer service. Ordered online. Went to get my order and they said they did not have it. I showed them my phone and the order with their location and that I was charged. I was very calm and nice. I ask them what we can do to figure this out and they walked away from me. I was in disbelief. I literally said, are you really not going to assist me and they kept ignoring me. It’s okay to have bad days but I just wanted to know my next step. Sad to have people to work in an environment like this.

Doesn’t support National Coupons. Owner is selfish and not willing to bring a sandwich to a reasonable price as every other subway within a 50 mile radius does.
Attempted again to use a coupon, store still does not participate. Broke college student trying to eat and now I can’t afford it because their greed.

I’m on the road a lot. I ordered at 8am, using the app. That went great. I realized I’d be running late and called the store and updated them with my new arrival time. No problems. Our food was fresh and ready to go. Thank you Subway for being accommodating.

It was a slow time of Day, and there was one other customer in line, They looked very unhappy and didn’t seem like they wanted to be there serving.. the little man did not cook my chicken on one half of my sandwich and I ended up getting real sick… step up your teamwork and willingness to serve people… horrible experience
