Denise helped us out amazingly. Ordered at drive thru before closing and we were missing multiple pieces of our order. Called in and Denise offered to make it and stay open late for us to come back and pick up the rest of order. Once we got there we got our order plus some. Will always give this Taco Bell my business they treat their customers with respect and honor their service. 5 star service. She deserves a raise, upper management read this shit.

The past three orders I have made(mainly because my SO likes it and the location is unfortunately convenient) have been incorrect or missing items. This isn’t the first times, but the final straw. I asked for no tomatoes and no sour cream, and light lettuce- they added everything. This is multiple times…I have health reasons and the disregard for following instructions is disgusting! Hire more competent people.

This place is normally OK when I eat inside. Last night I ordered via my door dash app. I ordered 3 beefy 5 layer burritos and paid for extra seasoned beef. I cut the burrito into sections and saw very little if any seasoned beef at all. So it tells me that if you order door dash where you cannot complain at the counter, they will skimp on the portions and even not provide the extra you pay for. Very disappointing. If you look at my photos you can see I paid for extra seasoned beef and all I got was beans and maybe a slither of beef.

I am a big fan of Taco Bell and usually drive to Hackettstown as they always have done a very good job with my order. This one is down the street from me so I decided to wait a bit while they worked out their start up issues as I assumed they would have some. I finally stopped by today and tried the drive-thru. My order was priced as expected but when I got home I realized they didn’t give me the hot sauce I requested or even napkins. The ladies at the window weren’t overly friendly either. They can do a better job at that. The food was ok. I drove 5 mins to my house and the food was barely warm. Flavor wasn’t terrible and for the most part the veggies were fairly fresh. I’ll try it again in a few months.

This is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I had a takeout order. The service was great, the food was prepared and wrapped perfectly, and the portions were outstanding. I highly recommend this specific location, you will NOT be disappointed.

So I arrived to this Taco Bell location. I stood by the register for 15 minutes while everybody who worked there continued to look at me refusing to take my order I mentioned I need to place an order and they said use the kiosk over there I’m not about to be using a kiosk when I can talk to somebody face to face and place an order I will never go back to this establishment because their customer service sucks and they do everything they can not to be of service to anybody there or visiting their establishment needless to say I walked out without placing an order and will be eating somewhere else

So my experience at this Taco Bell I drove 30 minutes just to get Taco Bell with my family. I had my wife and kids stay in the car. I made my order over the kiosk. I waited for 35 minutes before somebody even approached me. My order was forgotten about I asked what happened. They said they couldn’t give me a straight answer. What happened? It’s obvious that they forgot about my order. Many of them looked at may not one of them asked me to help her about 35 minutes later. Instead of making it right with the food, we were given a refund and we all went home hungry I don’t see how you can just forget about an order or how an order with skipped. That’s a whole purpose of their jobs is to make orders.
