Only worth going if you have a deal, but those are frequent. Chemical taste to everything but not necessarily unpleasantly so. Stuffed crust quite tasty, though up charged. One of the only places in Rochester that actually has crust made out of dough instead of flatbread. Top 3 pizza in the city, which isn’t high praise. But fast and gets the job done for $20.

My usual spot (Little Caesar’s) has been closed lately so I decided to give Domino’s a shot. Used a coupon for a $7.99 1-topping — can’t beat that price — with a side of garlic sauce. Ordered cheese-Italian sausage for my pizza.
The pizza was very….meh. Don’t get me wrong it was ready quick and the atmosphere was pleasant enough, just nothing stood out about it to me. It reminded me of the cafeteria pizza they used to serve us in High School. The crust was very bulky/bready.
Sadly, I guess Domino’s is my least favorite of the 4 major pizza chains.
I need Little Caesar’s to finish remodeling or whatever they’re doing, because compared to Domino’s, they’ve got the whole quick cheap & delicious pizza thing on lock.

Pizzas came out right on time, desserae gave me her attention as soon as I walked in even as she was completing an order. Ashley brought my order and asked if I needed plates or anything else. Super appreciative of this store in my neighborhood, crews always great and the pizza has been exactly as I ordered. Keep up the good work.

Everytime I make a pick up order here they tell me the amount of time and everytime I get here they said oh we didnt even put it in yet and tell me it’s gonna be another 10-15 mins and laugh like its a joke when they already took my mkney through card and I have to sit out in the parking lot for an extra 20 mins and the manger never does anything for it and tells me they can’t give me his supervisors number on top of that , got a bunch of clowns running this dominos no wonder their ratings are so low

Although the service was average, the did was not good. I don’t know where they get the chicken wings. I wouldn’t recommend them. The pizza was on par with store bought frozen pizza. I was not satisfied.

Call all of the Pizza shops in Rochester, and you will find that Domino’s employees are the most polite. While it’s impossible to be perfect, the E. Main & Culver Rd. Domino’s can be trusted to make your pizza just the way you ordered it, and outside of their Pizza Insurance, they are genuinely concerned with getting your food order correct. The drivers are also polite and on time, though you can use the Pizza Tracker to see where your pizza is from prep, to moving on the road to your house. However, if you do not like Garlic, you must tell them so in the “Special Instructions” or your pizza will have a layer of garlic salt in the box, and that’s the default value. Yuk 🙂

The deliver person first went to the wrong address. When they finally arrived they had missing items. When I called to complain they said they would bring the missing items but never came. Then they stopped answering my calls. Horrible experience.
