This is the closest Subway to me and I have gone here for years – but tonight was the last time. In the last few years, this place has gone so far downhill that I refuse to go back. Sandwiches are terribly made and they majorly skimp on the meat and toppings now. Forget about ordering extra meat – they’ll give the same amount every time. I asked for it toasted and the cheese wasn’t even melted. The bread is of extremely poor quality and crumbles and tears easily – definitely not freshly made every day. Staff also doesn’t speak English..at all. So frustrating ordering in person that I now use the online app exclusively. The restaurant is also constantly filthy. The bathroom looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks.

Stopped by, fairly desperate for food along I-84. Typical Subway food, not great but edible. Only one gentlemen working in the shop and his broken English left something to be desired which made ordering a challenge. I’d probably skip this spot next time and hope to find a local shop that has something tastier.

This was the slowest service I have seen at a fast food establishment. I like subway, it’s a nice go to for something fast as the workers only need to add a few ingredients and the oven time is super quick and you can see it all. This one worker was taking as long as possible, to the point that it was very much purposeful. There was an inspector there while he was helping me, and maybe he was trying to get back at them with bad service for customers, or maybe that was his manager and he was trying to be fired cause he was fed up with his job. Every action he would take a break before starting the next option, to make the process as long as possible. There was only one woman ahead of me, and he took about 15-20 minutes to help both of us, about 8-9 minutes per sandwich which if you’ve been to a subway is insanely slow service. Even when she paid cash he took 3 minutes counting her change and getting it back to her. When he was helping me, I was pointing to the ingredients to help him find them, and when I asked for hot honey sauce he almost went back into the back to “look” for it but I stopped him showing that it was right there in front of him with the other sauces. There was black stuff on my bread and I didn’t like that was on there and was asking him to take it off before making the sandwich, he took a few minutes to even understand I was pointing to something on the bread, and even then I had to insist that he would take it off, as though removing this unknown black stuff was too much effort for him to do. He even brushed it off saying “oh it’s just cheese” pointing to the shredded cheese which clearly is not the color or shape of the black stuff, which to me at first almost looked like a bug but after staring at it for 4+minutes through the glass I don’t believe it was a bug, but either way he was clearly lying to downplay the customer not wanting this unusual stuff on the bread. I’ve worked in fast food myself, and I’ve never given a 1 star as I know that is hard for the store and the team to deal with. I don’t know if he was trying to act like this in front of his inspector or boss on purpose, or if he is like this with every customer, but if this is how all customers are treated by him, then the one star is very much deserved. I don’t know if I could say this is the worst service I’ve seen in a fast food, but it certainly was the worst I’d seen at a subway

I thought they were playing a joke on me when I ordered a turkey bacon wrap and the cost was 14$. I had to ask if they were serious. When I ordered it a few months ago, it was 7$ and change. Repeatedly. Every subway I went to. Now it’s 14$? The price is double? For literally three pieces of turkey, on a subpar wrap, with two slices of bacon? A few veggies? I could eat a whole meal at Panera for less than that- and have it taste like quality food. I never went to subway for the quality, but… This really felt comically bad. Last time I’ll be back, that’s for sure. If subway thinks doubling their prices is a good business strategy; they will probably find that won’t work out well for them. See the size of the wrap next to the receipt. Yikes.

Stopped in before a long drive, it was busy which was fine, as it was lunch time. The subs we got looked like a toddler made them. The bread was ripped open, all the sandwich items were spilling out. I could tell as they wrapped it that it was going to be a disaster to eat in the car and it was. Not to mention, we got two 6 inch subs and it was over $15. No extras or anything. An insane rip off especially for a tiny sandwich that looked terrible and was an insane mess to eat. My partner’s was the same way. Reaffirms my choice to avoid subway at all costs.

Place is filthy, roaches and mold everywhere in bathroom. Employees in sandals. Looks like floor hasn’t been mopped in 20 years. Health code violations everywhere

Bathroom is HORRIFYINGLY disgusting, water, rust, urine, and mold EVERYWHERE. It’s not just a one day issue. The faucet is broken and leaking, and it uses sprayfoam to keep it in place. The paper towel holder is broken, and the door lock is barely functional .
Food and service were good
