Fantastic food prepared to your likings! It’s so impressive with the menu lineup and added items! The new Puffs are insanely tasty! Mya took our order and prepared our food immediately! She was friendly and personable to any and all that entered! Amazing! The facility was subpar and needs to be revamped! Ants throughout the waiting area floor were going crazy! The pizza, puffs, cheese bread, and bread were spot on and made for a delicious meal!

I live in an area where the Little Caesar’s was closed down about 7 or 8 years ago. So we haven’t had it in so long! The puffs (we have been making them for years and call them pizza cupcakes) are sooo good, especially the Philly cheese steak kind! The pizza still tastes the same as it always did and is so much more affordable. Will be going again next time we are in KC.

The door dasher forgot half our order, leaving it in the “drawer”. So manager wouldn’t go look and see and refused to give us the rest of order if we came to get it! . Door Dash really sucks thru them, and we got a refund for missing items. But clerk was very rude, refusing name or to offer the missing item for us to pick up.

Came in to pick up a large order Saturday, 7-9-25. There were two people working. They were working hard to get everyone’s orders out. The person working the counter was nice and friendly. They were running a few minutes behind but nobody seemed to have a problem waiting a couple extra minutes for their food. The pizza was awesome, too!

While waiting for a Doordash, I noticed there was only one worker manning everything!! Super well, might I add!! Matthew, I do believe was his name!! Making pizzas, ringing people up, bread sticks and answering the phone!! This man deserves a raise, no matter what he’s making!!

Had an online order, waited ten minutes over ready time before I went in and asked about it. Turns out even with 4 to 5 employees in the location they still can’t get orders checked in on time, my food was on the shelf just waiting. Not in the pizza portal. Thankfully the pizza was cooked. The crazy bread is almost all raw. It’s still dough. Can’t eat over half of it. I was not the only online order waiting either, there was 2 to 3 more customers waiting on their food. Had the same problem about two months ago, and there were only 2 to 3 employees in the location at the time. I will not be ordering from this location again. I will just drive up to the N Oak location, when I want to order again.

I was over charged. The menu price and the receipt price are two different prices when there were already menu price corrections I’m unsure why this was not corrected. The menus are an electric screen I’m not sure why you’d tape paper over a screen. The location was very dirty and they were out of the thin crust and they had zero fresh and ready pizzas. When a man tries to buy wings , then cheese bread they literally told.him you don’t want these and he said yes I do and they threw it away anyway. Service was not ideal. There needs to be a better management put in place to better execute cleaning, proper ordering for.the needs of the restaurant and retrain staff to the minimum brand standards.

This place sucks. Workers don’t care. Even after my pizza came out I had to wait an extra 7 minutes just for them to hand to us. Thanks for the cold musty pizza!
