TERRIBLE, simply TERRIBLE! Rude employees, restaurant with absolutely no support, they don’t have cup holders, they don’t have stickers to close the bag, there are never more than 3 customers and yet they manage to take 15 minutes to process an order. The employees are all in the back of the store laughing and chatting.

The only reason this is not a 1 star ⭐ is because the cashier was a hard worker and tried his best to accommodate us. The food was cold the restaurant was dirty,understocked and filthy. They were out of most beverages,straws, napkins and sauces. The food was greasy like old oil greasy my coworkers and I were given incorrect orders, The cashier tried his best but it really came down to the restaurant was understaffed and filthy they need. To hire a few more workers who are properly trained and have better attitude towards their work place.

The tall 6’4 black gentleman with the head full of hair(sry didn’t get his name) in drive-thru had exceptional customer service. It was difficult to speak to him when I pulled in but he was very patient. When I pulled up to window I understood why he was having difficulties, his headphones where trash and taped all up to hold together. Yet in still he apologized and explained the issue with the communication and proceeded to take my order. All smiles and his positive energy was infectious. I would definitely recommend visiting this location after 4pm. Seems to be when the stellar employees work. Prior visits and food were average. Today top notches service and food! Great job young king!!!!

I work in the same plaza. Today I went on my lunch and waiting about 30mins. I asked whats taking so long. I was told the had a long line in the drive thru to where I had to wait for my biggie bag. I will not be coming here again due to the only priority is drive thru and not your lobby customers. And when I tried speaking to the manager on duty he was standing at the fries and he heard me and chose to ignore me. Do better wendys. Your morning team does great bring it to your night crew!

Skip it – this spot is so hit or miss – you either get a great hot meal or what tastes like yesterday’s hamburger reheated. Recently the line was moving so fast – I wondered how they are doing it so fast – I ordered a burger with options so they would have to make it fresh – it was still very fast. Apparently they pre-prepared the burgers somehow – it looked fresh at the drive through – 10 minutes later – it was inedible – the burger was dry and gross. I’m so done gambling with this really horrible wendy’s.

The girl taking orders was very nice and professional, which is more than I can say for the manager on duty Daisy. When we asked to please adjust the wrong cheese that was added daisy started screaming and getting upset and aggravated aggressive. You can hear her throwing and banging sheet pans. I’m sorry but I would’ve expect that behavior from a child and not a grown adult. Daisy came to window all mad huffing and puffing stating that it will be an extra charge, we didn’t mind the extra charge but we already were charged +.60 when I asked her how much more she got frazzled and walked away she came back to explain that a bigger sandwich is more expensive. I told her that we didn’t want the bigger sandwich we added white cheese to the small chicken sandwiches. She goes to the back slamming things around like it’s her house and yelled at the poor girl at the register to make us park in front Very very disappointed. Got home and we’re missing our receipt that was taken from us and all the fries were cold as if they were sitting there when they should’ve been changed out.

I placed an order online for a faster service for drive-thru pick up at this location during my lunch break. While sitting in the drive-thru, I noticed the there was a lag on the drive thru speaker, not thinking much, assuming they were training. Once I got to the drive thru window, it seemed their computers were not working and I seen/heard the young woman at the computer saying “come on computer, work!” And then she started physically hitting it!! All while this is happening, their customer service was VERY POOR!! Instead of informing their customers “sorry for the delay, we’re experiencing technical difficulties”, they were EXTREMELY RUDE and basically throwing the bagged food at us, like it’s the customers fault that it’s rush-hour and people like Wendy’s.… This is not right and the employees did not handle this situation properly. I hope Wendy’s corporate sees this and takes action, as I will not be coming back to this location if this behavior continues.

Avoid this location. Terrible experience. Employees with no manners and sagging pants. Missing half the items on the menu. The food we were able to order tasted terrible. The burger patty looked as if it had been molested ripped into several pieces that you couldn’t even tell it was a double or a single. The chicken nuggets and fries tasted as if they had been fried in motor oil. This experience turned me off of Wendy’s all together. Are they going out of business or something? I had to throw away my entire meal after 1 bite of each thing as I was on my short lunch break and had to go back to work hungry. This location needs a staff that cares. Id wager the management is to blame. Can’t order inventory properly. Makes terrible hiring decisions. I hope Wendy’s corporate office sees this review and takes a special visit themselves.

I called to ask if they were doing catering and I never got an answer was left ringing for over a minute until the call ended, I was hoping to get this for a wedding for my son with autism (all my son eats is Wendy’s it’s his special interest) he was left crying when I said the place did not pick up! I just wish my sweet 40 year old groom could have eaten from his favorite fast food place for his special interest
