I need yall to take a very close look at my 2 cheese burger combo!!! Look at the size of these burgers. Burger King need to do a better job at details. No lie my little ones can actually eat 2 of these with no problem. They were literally only a size bigger then sliders… smh I am so disappointed that I had to find this out after leaving this location and making it to back to work to eat a lunch that honestly is not going to cut it for me. Sorry but not sorry they need to put jr cheese burger on there!!!!!!

Let me start off by saying this place had to have been the worst Burger King. I have ever been to in my entire life. First thing off, no one greeted me at the speaker to order my food. I had to say “hello? “, Finally, someone said something. I find out why this situation happened when I came around the corner and saw the girl on her phone texting and talking to whoever. The next thing was, I waited over 20 minutes for my meal when I got to the window she didn’t greet me. She just opened the window and told me the amount that I owed. After that, I did check my bag to see if everything was there and it was. However, my onion rings were extremely cold like they’ve been sitting there for a while. My bacon double cheeseburger was absolutely disgusting, I don’t even know what that taste was. All I know is after about three bites. I ended up throwing up. When I tried to call to get a general managers name and number, it took forever for someone to pick up the phone and when Someone answered, I asked for the name and number for the general manager. The girl that answered Handed me off to someone else. I am assuming it was the manager on shift. I didn’t get her name unfortunately. But when I asked for the name and number of the GM, She said that she couldn’t give out the personal phone number which I understand. But when I ask again for the name of the general manager, she kept saying, let me help you out what is wrong, and I said I don’t want to go over this with you, I want to talk to a general manager about this situation, So I asked for the GM‘s name again. The girl ended up hanging up on me. Whoever that I talked to was extremely rude.
Needless to say, I would second-guess on whether or not to go to this Burger King If you were thinking about going, the staff is rude and unprofessional, the food is absolutely disgusting and you may get sick from it.

I’ve never gone inside this location until today.. It’ll be my last time even going here. It was disgusting, dirty tables FILTHY SODA machine. Bathrooms dirty I hate to leave bad reviews, but something needs to be done withe cleanliness of this restaurant. People can get sick off of those soda nozzles.
Dirty cleaning towel on the counter next to the kids/straws and a mop and mop bucket right there too come on.
The employees were nice and friendly but I would appreciate a clean environment as well.
I hope that it gets better inside.

I went through the drive-thru today December 30th at 10:00 a.m. and there was a young man in the window with the brightest smile who greeted me. he was so friendly and when I left I wanted to make sure upper management knew. Thank you Keyshun for putting a smile on this old ladies face today.

6/2025 tried again and should of known better fries were all salt were u only could taste salt. The chicken fries were old and hard. Won’t be back. conveniently the survey code was not on the receipt.
8/23 Food was terrible. The chicken fries were spicy and were just supposed normal. The burger meat had no grill mark look bearly done with ZERO flavor and the fries were soggy. Won’t be back to this location for a while. But there new drive thru signs are nice.
11/2019 Burgers we’re perfect, fries tasted like they been under the light a minute. Minus 1 star cust service. Female Worker in window Snappy and felt like I was a bother.

My daughter and I went through the drive thru this morning. We ordered 2 croissant sandwiches and medium unsweet teas. When we pulled up to the window and paid. The woman at the drive-thru handed me one drink. When I said we had ordered two her response was no you only ordered one. My daughter and I distinctly remember ordering two unsweet teas. She only charged us for one one. So I told her just to give me a senior drink and she charged me $75. I said I thought seen your drinks were free and she said not here very rudely and I said my husband gets seen your drinks here all the time and doesn’t get charged and she said no he doesn’t. She was extremely rude and pretty much called us Liars by arguing with us. And the sandwiches were mediocre at best. We will not go back. You don’t argue that way with a customer

Not one time ever coming here have they ever gotten my order correct. I order a plain chicken sandwich and every time it comes back made with everything on it. Plus, if you bring it back in, to show them they made it wrong, they take it back and put it up to be sold again. I watched them do it. Not to mention, every time I order the chicken fries, they are cold and stale tasting. Don’t eat here if you don’t have to. Gross.
