Rude staff and both the ladies were making fun out of the customers. The lady was in middle of preparing the order of foot long sandwich for us, we requested to add cheese, chicken, dressing and she took the sandwich for toasting without even confirming if the order was complete. When we informed that our order was incomplete, she told her coworker that “She was silent, so I thought the order is done.”

I had to tell the employee how to make one of their signatures sandwiches and it was awful. My boyfriend had to take the peppers and onions off the sandwich because they were the wrong veggies for the sandwich. I will not be going to this subways again. Train your employees better. This is a truck stop, I expect better all around.

Both the ladies were very rude and were laughing at us and saying “i dont think they know what pepper jack cheese is”.She did not even ask what toppings we needed and added only two toppings and was laughing.

Didn’t want to have the same thing as usual so went here. Food was made quickly and when I went to pay, she suggested another option to help reduce my bill. This was the first time I had gotten the cookies both of ours were very fresh tasting and not hard like i thought they would be. Wife & I both enjoyed the wrap and sandwich order we received.

Keaton was awesome. He had customers giving him a hard time in front of me. And he just carried on delivering excellent customer service and being a hype man for his fellow employees. Sandwich was great he made sure I got bread that wouldn’t break my teeth. Good man.
