I go through the drive thru every now and then in the early mornings between 6-7am and almost always never get service at all. Just silence and blatantly ignored. Ive even pulled up to the window with no one in sight. I get maybe someone is in the restroom or something, but thats not the case here because this has happened to me a hand full of times and always around the same time. Ive even gone inside the lobby and no one was around. Absolutely unacceptable to just decide to not take orders. Today I thought I’d give it another try and there was another car in front of me trying to get someone to take their order with no answer. Then I pulled up to the speaker sat for awhile with no greet or answer. I pull up to the window and again no one in sight. I cant imagine how much business this location is losing for breakfast with whoever is working and not taking people’s orders. Very frustrating.

Drink machine was busted. Staff offered to fill my cup, but not with what I asked for. Four staff there but I stood at the counter quite a while before they stopped talking g to each other and asked how they could help. Just not impressed with how it went that night, often far better.

I waited 20 mins in the drive thru. One car in front of me. Still got the wrong order. Went inside to fix it and waited another 15 mins thinking they were fixing the order. Nothing. I had to get their attention and refund my order. Walked away with nothing but wasted time.

Zeroo stars I wish. Absolutely disgusting. Food was so greasy it soaked through the bag and onto my jeans within minutes. Tried calling this location 3 times and no answer. Your employees seem to have attitude at this location always and seemed to not be very coherant. Very disappointed. I love Jack in the Box but I will NEVER go to this location EVER AGAIN.

The people working are nice enough, but I think the management of this company is failing its consumers spectacularly. I swear everytime i order something the portioning of things is way off. Most of the times the fries will only halfway fill up the container, and if you take the time to make a report through the website its a 50 50 on whether or not someone will get back to you. If you’re going to make highly processed food that is unhealthy for you, you could at least try to make it affordable and give out correct portions. I don’t predict a good future for this company. But who knows, maybe the fear of missing out model of cycling in and out new, overpriced product will continue to capture the attention of American wallets.
