I really enjoy having a lunch with my family in Panera but overall prices are going outrageous and portions are smaller than usual. They expect you to get full with less soup and meat and much more bread with soup and salad 🙂 I think it is too much to spend over 50 bucks for soup and salad and drinks for family of 2 adults and a kid

The salad i had was very good and the young lady that took our order wasn’t kind. My salad had fruit in it which I liked the flavor the fruit gave it. I think the atmosphere of this place needs a little updating tho. Like pictures on the wall or fake flower arrangements something because it is a little drab in there nothing really to look at while your eating lunch and trying to just relax.

Wonderful service at this Panera location. Staff is very friendly and nice. It’s spacious and clean too. My favorite is always the U Pick 2 and as for beverages, their lattes are amazing.

Quiet place for business work.
This Panera location was very quiet compared to other Panera locations. I found that it’s not crowded with little ones. There was plenty of space for business professionals to work. I believe the layout has a lot to do with why it’s quiet. The cashier ordering station is near the door. So, if you’re in the back of the restaurant, you don’t hear the orders and the pickups. I will be back for the environment.

We got a mac and cheese good lunch here for my child and the mitten cookie. Yum!
Mira was especially helpful and had a calm vibe like the whole location. Thank you Panera! The prices are high, but for the peace and calm, I will be here again.

The store has went to shit. They ALWAYS forget something especially if you order more than one meal. Today my husband got a baguette with mold which is crazy considering everything is supposed to be “made fresh” and of course like usual they forgot half the meal.

How hard is it to order extra sleeves of large cups? How annoying is it to constantly order large drinks via the app only to show and be told “we are out, here’s 2 small cups”. This has been going on for months now.

This restaurant is very clean! And the food tastes good!
But they only take cards (no cash) which means you have to use the kiosk to order. And the kiosks are hard to use and they require you to swipe card which took me about 12 attempts on average (from 2 visits).
The door that was broken last Sunday is still broken today which is a bad look.
I had to wait about 10 minutes on a $5 parfait that seems small for $5. It’s my first time to order this item. It tastes good.
The overall experience is below average.
Update one year later 11/21. Last year they got 2 stars. A year later 1 star.
Today I ordered tomato soup and tried to order a raisin cookie. They were no oatmeal raisin cookies. “We don’t have any today.” I ordered the soup and paid for it. When I went to the counter to get my soup they told me they didn’t have tomato soup today (wasn’t told when I ordered it). So I switched to the Thai soup. They didn’t have that either. What’s the deal?!?

Avocado toast was cold avocado was bland the arugula on my toast was wilted. My oatmeal was good thank God! My spinach cheese souffle was old looking room temperature. Bathrooms were not clean at 8:00 am staff was friendly. I paid $40.00 for that messed up breakfast I’m so upset. It was like we throwing $40.00 hard earned dollars in the trash!!!!!
