Pretty long wait for a cashier to pop in and the biscuits were hard as a stone. Burnt almost beyond being edible. Once the cashier did take my order and explained she was short staffed, the service was good and it only took a few seconds for them to gather the order. The peach cobbler is great. Tartness and sweetness served on an open face biscuit for under $2.00.

They have an unadvertised special that’s available upon request after 5 pm. It’s terrific! You get a huge box with 8 pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy for two, cole slaw for two, 4 biscuits and a half gallon of iced tea for $20 plus tax! The best thing is how good everything tastes!

Staff that works here was super friendly and nice! The food overall was pretty decently good for a fast food place. Tasted like a better version of Kentucky fried chicken. My favorite was the Mac and cheese. I’d recommend trying out this location.

Love going to Bojangles when we’re in the South. They always have great food that is made fresh. We especially like getting the Biscuit with Country Ham and Egg with BoRounds Potatoes ! The biscuit was sooooo buttery. The customer service at this particular Bojangles was Excellent. You could tell they took pride in providing outstanding quality and friendliness for all their customers. We will definitely be coming back !!

This location gives me good vibe. I have only done drive-thru, but everytime I pull up every staff is nice. I can feel something good is going on and I appreciate that. Then now they even brought in another fabulous staff. She may start with sudden “It’s Bo Time” that gets me jump from my seat everytime I hear, but she gets my order right everytime. A few years ago the biscuits were a hit or miss, sometimes great & sometimes dry and stale. This last year I often order a breakfast biscuit with bacon, egg & cheese, and they have been absolutely delicious. Big, soft, fresh buttery biscuits, fluffy, freshly made eggs, and served hot enough to melt the cheese. The bacon is delicious. No matter the time of day that this breakfast item is served, it has been consistently excellent. The drive-thru is a pleasure to use with friendly service. By the way, the Bo Bites chicken nuggets are good also. Whoever is in charge of this Smyrna location, keep up the good work!

We hit the drive-thru before embarking on our journey to the city. The biscuit sandwiches and tea were spot-on, and the biscuits, themselves, were excellent. They did not crumble all over our laps and car. But the apple crisp…yuck. That was unanimous. Will not order that again.

The ONLY reason for 2 stars is because you have to speak to AI to order in drive thru, I had questions it could not answer (out of Starry, what kind of juice do you have___________do you have apple juice_________it took 2 minutes to try to answer, orange juice. I hate it & do not understand why a company would use it. I pulled up to the window & a wonderful person assisted me so I give 2 stars instead of no stars. TERRIBLE service with AI.
