My sister and brother-in-law and my father and my sweetheart and I just had the most genuine experience with Marissa. MARISA Marissa, she is a gem and I hope that the establishment knows what a treat she is to every single one of their patrons. Thank you to the proprietors of Santa Ana‘s for buying locally sourced Meat from the Fremont meat market because that hamburger with the toasted bun or the buttered bun was the best burger. This gal has had in a very long time and you just made the night of two Vietnam veterans so thank you San Anna’s!!

We order every once in a while from here. We enjoy their cheese dips, and the portions are always a good amount. The other night we ordered, my daughter wanted a cheeseburger, and the pics I posted is what she got. The burger was so small the bun overpowered it and there was no cheese. Obv an easy fix for the cheese anyway. But how embarrassing to send this out to a paying customer.

CHIPS ARE MADE FRESH TO ORDER. I’ve been waiting to dine here for a couple years. I grew up in Fullerton and it had a sister San Ann’a restaurant. I was not disappointed today. It’s been probably 18 years since ours closed and I was keeping my expectations low. I was very happy to find a delicious meal. The meat AND sides are well seasoned. We all had pork. It was delicious. A highlight is the seasoned sour cream and THE CHIPS ARE MADE FRESH TO ORDER! No stale chips here! The nachos are huge and amazing just like I remember. Next time I’m getting the pizza Did I mention the CHIPS ARE MADE FRESH TO ORDER?!

I keep forgetting to go here when I’m in town as I used to go quite often. Food was excellent with decent size portions. Price is reasonable especially these days. Service was pleasant and quick. If you happen to be in Fremont and want a cozy Mexican meal, make this a stop for sure.

The heyday of SanAnn’a Pizza was in the early 80s when it was in it’s original manifestation as “Sax’s Pizza”. The new location is a smaller location, but the original recipes, most critically for the cheese dip and pizza sauce, remain the same and definitely worth the trip.
