If I could give this place 0 stars I would, I placed a online order for me and my partner because our car just broke down and we needed something quick to eat, when I placed the order I even called to make sure that my food would be correct, I often have to call places that I order from to make sure my food is correct so it’s no biggy normally when I call my food comes correctly. They did not make my food correctly the lady was very apprehensive and claimed that we were cussing at her. For there to be no manager before even 4pm on a Thursday is a bit redundant. Now I have to wait until Friday to talk to a manager to get my refund which on normal terms would be okay but the fact I had called in before they even made the food to make sure the food would be correct and when I called again to tell them it was not correct, I feel like there should be more of a immediate reaction..

Let me tell you!!! I ordered a door dash. My door dasher DID NOT give me my drinks or chips so I called subway and the guy who answered had no idea how to speak or how to handle the situation and when I gave him my number and name he couldn’t even do that without asking 300 times to repeat the number. Why is this person alone working at subway??? I’m so confused. Worst service

The service was great. I was getting some stuff done to my car at a shop down the way and decided to walk to subway in 80 degree weather. I was hot, red, drenched in sweat and hungry. They were nice enough to let me hang out until my car was ready. Staff was very nice.

Unbelievable. The lobby is closed all the time! Place an online order to pickup and still have to wait in drive through because this location constantly has a lobby closed sign up. Wish this one would get new owners!

They put NO MEAT or fillings in the subs these days. Our Philly Cheese steaks had almost NO MEAT. Total waste of money. Don’t bother, seriously. They have taken “Shrinkflation” to a new level. Absolute waste of $ that none of us have to begin with. Such a disappointment. Our subs were AWFUL. Def will never return to this location, which is a bummer, since it is so close to our home.

absolutely, horrible rude service! We came to the drive-through at 9:45 PM(Yes, I know it was late) And my Husband asked for the chicken and cheese dipper and the guys seemed to be struggling and mis-understanding so when he seemed to be ready to continue, my husband repeated what he wanted and the attend then literally No – WHAT KIND OF DIP DO YOU WANT!
