Everytime I come into this Taco Bell, it’s always dirty, they don’t sweep, clean tables or make sure there straws and condiments area is straightened up. They did restock straws as I was writing this, but, it’s because my wife said something. There was 1 tabke that was clean enough to sit at. The people are very nice, but, that doesn’t make up for dirty enviroment

This location never has black beans. Im vegetarian and I like taco bell for a quick meal because they have so many black bean options. Consistently without fail, every time I order I am told that they are “out of black beans”. Ive asked if they just dont carry them at this location and their answer is “we do but we’re busy here”. Sounds like management needs to figure out how much of each item they need to order to keep it in stock! Do better!

I came through the drive thru lastnight and it took a while just to have my order taken due to all of the employees being outside around one vehicle and it reeked of marijuana. I had to go park and come in just to have my order taken and when I did the conversations were absurd. There was an employee by the name of Drew bragging about taking ‘perks’ as he referred to, employees had ear buds in and they were touching them then back to touching our food being made. This place needs some serious management taken because I am about ready to call corporate after the business I received lastnight.

While the food is good, crew seems to struggle at lunch rush. I find myself waiting quite a while after placing a mobile order. Today it was a nice 15 minutes to get my order of a single burrito and drink.

One of my most favorite Taco Bell stores in the state, but the cleanliness of the tables is somewhat ridiculous. Even after complaining to management, the tables are still being left dirty after a customer leaves. On the bright side, the quality and portions of the food are fantastic, but the slow service hampers that quality. This Taco Bell is best enjoyed by going through the drive-thru window and never looking inside. At least the soda fountain completely works, unlike the one at the Taco Bell on Elmira in Russellville.

could not even place an order got to the parking lot to order online and just before I hit the button to confirm a worker came to my window in the parking lot and said they were closed at 12 am, when they usually close at 2 am and proceeded to say the last person who went through took all the stuff they had and they were out of everything we couldn’t even get drinks we had horrible service I am so disappointed everything else was closed so we had to just go home other restaurants have been doing this around morrilton if this keeps going on corporate will have to get involved

Details hmm: yes that’s the problem here.. I’m seriously questioning weather the employees here tonight 1/9/22 can even read … first they missed an entire drink, apparently they don’t know that cheese goes on a cheese quesadilla and steak on a steak quesadilla, wouldn’t give me a receipt, and when I asked for sauce well you can see their response in the photos, this place is a joke and I will not be back soon.

No explanation needed!! See pic below and it explains it well. I did go back and ask if I could have more than a taco shell. The lady manager said that is how they come without lettuce. I was like ummm no I get meat and cheese a lot and never had to guess where the beef was lol. So she remakes two of the 5 tacos but didn’t remake the other three with the lettuce. She said they would be the same. I was like you mean I get shells and lettuce? I just said forget it and drove off… $13 for 5 pretty much taco shells and lettuce is ridiculous.

Probably the saddest POS ive ever seen from this store. If I could make multiple 1 star reviews I would. Literally one half of the crunchwrap was completely flat. Theres nothing in here. The whole store needs to be fired and replaced how often this happens.
