I tend to come here because its close to me, but everytime I order dor pick up something is wrong with the order. Usually Im missing an ingredient, creamer for the coffee or the toast. Today, I had to write a review simply because of the fact I waited on the pick up window and no one cared to come and assist. My order was set to pick up at 1123am and I was there after 1130am (enough time for order to be ready) I had to park my car and go inside to get my order for them to just point it’s right there. If it was ready they could have just given it to me through the window! Usually not a big deal but if you have a crying new born in the car, yes I want to get my food and go. Service needs to get better especially when the restaurant isn’t busy. what is the excuse?

Manager reached out to me via phone and apologized about the service. It seems that the “ring” button they have outside doesn’t work and have now placed a paper on the window to call, so someone can come and assist you with your order She also made my order right. I appreciate the fact they corrected the issue (mainly with the drive through) so it can help future customers.

First time trying this place for breakfast. Food and service was ok, but disappointed with the cleaniness and presentation. Was seated a table and it was not clean and prepared like it should. There were food crumbs on table and seat and under table there napkins and crayons and food crumbs. Was going to ask to be seated at different table but they all the same. Doesn’t feel like they care about cleaning after customer finish for the next customer. Don’t think I would want to return for the same experience. Over priced for what was experienced and served. 3 person breakfast costed $65 and gave tip despite the experience since I am generous person. However, the cleaniness of the eating area presented was unacceptable. This place is pretty new and should be kept clean and tidy. Management needs to take notice on this issue.

Excellent service throughout the entire experience. Thank you again for the great tasting food and fast service. I highly recommend ordering The Big Steak Omelette. If you’re ever here ask for Yoselyn to serve you. Great attitude with a friendly smile. Once again thank you for your service.

A bit disappointing experience. Generally haven’t had bad experience with IHOP. But this one was just getting back to worse. We were a group of 5. To start with the omlette that were ordered with pork sausage, the sausage was missing:(. Asked to serve, and then provided pork sausage on the side. Later we realized the avocados were also missing in the dish. But the next third mess up was a big blunder. One of us had ordered spinach and mushroom omlette. The one we got was the one with beef (which is also not something the person who ordered eats for personal belief reasons). Largely disappointed.
The server was good enough to take off one of the dishes of the check.

The service was lousy, had to come back to my table to ask me what I had ordered twice, how can you forget an omelet!!! My husbands food was cold when served. I think they forgot us. After an hour wait, I told them I didn’t want my omelet anymore and they did take it off of the tab. Hopefully they do get better in there service, everyone that came in after us got there food right away.

Spent $56.00 for dinner , food was not fresh it was warmed in the microwave, mash potatoes tasted like old . Veggies warm on the microwave and the t bone steak very disgusting. I felt nauseas after .
