I love their food and smoothies.
With that being said, I just ordered a salad that turned out to have a dead and partially smooshed fly attached to the shredded carrots.
In terms of their smoothies, certain smoothies tend to not get blended enough for their contents to fit through the straw which results in an occasionally undrinkable drink until the blockage is cleared (often multiple times for that smoothie). A few times around March, I swear I had a smoothie or two that had a dirt-like after taste. Although, not recently.
Most of the time they don’t supply the salads with plastic utensils, or even put in napkins. If they do put in a napkin it is literally 1 napkin. The bowls, on the other hand, tend to always come with spoons.
The staff are generally very friendly and polite.
Most of the time, their food is pretty good and bug free, how the staff treats you is typically phenomenal, and the atmosphere is always nice.

I typically get good service but tonight I went in for a smoothie due to dehydration due to a medical condition. I didn’t have time to look up what was a good smoothie to hydrate and since they are expensive I thought the employee would have some knowledge. Not only did she not have any knowledge she was completely rude and never once smiled. She told me water As she blankly and rudely stared at me, I just laughed she said nothing. She obviously doesn’t need to be working in customer service you just lost a Customer Angel and when I asked her name she rudely answered ANGEL but the receipt said Faith so not sure which. Trust and believe I will be going elsewhere if I wanted water I would have got it at home and not paid $10

I come here all the time and get a bahama mama thick sometimes with banana. Usually they are great but today it is awful it tastes funny and not well blended at all chunks of ice and fruit in it. I do see a different staff so not sure if that’s it. Unhappy today I hope this is not the new norm.
Update: I went back had it remade. It was better this time it was actually smooth like it’s supposed to be but not thick like I requested.

I really want to give this review 5 stars all around. Really. however, I just can’t. I can for the service though! The young lady was training someone new and still gave amazing service to my mother and myself. so for her alone 5 stars.
Now lets get into the disappointments. First off, I didn’t want to come here to begin with as it was too cold for a smoothie. I had just moved here from a major city and wasn’t really sure what was around anyway. My mom wanted to come here though. When we entered, I wasn’t expecting an actual food menu.
I read it through and decided on the Thai Salad. and the Kiwi, Strawberry, Yogurt smoothie. (I forgot the actual name of it). Once we got our order we sat down at one of the tables and I drank my smoothie while my mother ate her food. I did not mine because I was not hungry at the time.
The smoothie was alright. I have noticed it was better than most of the other smoothies I have had in the crap area. So kudos to that. The salad however was not that great. it was merely okay though I am pretty sure that is what put me on the toilet for over an hour a couple of hours after consuming it.

So I started to go to this location Monday – Friday 3 years ago and have (sad to admit) spent over $4,000 on their smoothies and food. I have been an excellent and loyal customer. This morning it was raining and I didn’t wear my shoes in. That was my fault. What I didn’t appreciate was both men standing at the counter by the door staring at me and saying Ma’am, you have to have shoes on. They were pretty rude about it. Ok, no problem. I was wrong to go without shoes. I stood on the entry rug and asked if I could stay right there and give them my card to pay for it. Neither man said a word to me but they did make my smoothie. Even though I had my card out to pay, they didn’t charge me but instead told me don’t do it again in a rude tone of voice. I’m not a child and they could have been a little bit kinder about it. I told him no problem because I’ve spent too much money there and won’t be back again.
They know my name and could have used it and been kinder when they talked to me since I’ve went there approximately 780 times. It’s not like they don’t know me.

I’ve had a few bad smoothies from this place but today’s was enough for me to leave the review and swear off the is location for a few months. Both my fiancé and I ordered peanut paradises and mine is straight up banana water that’s pink(I added strawberry) I don’t taste any peanut butter and not a hint of strawberry and it’s not even the right consistency. Hers on the other hand is banana ice cream.

This is a place you don’t have to feel guilty about after eating. You could eat three meals a day here. If a smoothie won’t fill you up, there have a nice selection of wraps, sandwiches, flatbreads, and salads. I ate the Hawaiian BBQ Chicken with a sunrise sunset smoothie.
