Only downside no menu to order off of. The cashier had difficulty explaining menu items. However after we asked several questions, there was a great special $19.99 for a lg stuffed crust 1 topping pizza, 16 wings overall good

Received the wrong pizza and called to let them know. Lady said she would call me back, never did. Called again 6x (they kept hanging up) until they finally answered, just for a guy to pick up and hang up twice again rudely after asking for a refund. He said there’s no manager to do so. Went in person just for him to act clueless and give us a completely different name than he gave over the phone . They both also lied saying it was not him on the phone. It was just them two there. Customer service is TERRIBLE. There was ZERO reason for them to be so rude over their own mistake. Do not spend your money here.

Warned them there was a dog on the front step, went above and beyond for me and my boy. Dog was mentioned as friendly. They made him a couple of extra slices of pizza!

Save yourself the disappointment and just order from prime pizza on Lodi Ave. The way they do their sauce is wierd here. The regular amount of sauce that they put almost drowns the pizza and if you tell them that, they put almost no sauce and act irritated that you mentioned this. They are so stingy with their bacon and meat toppings as well.
We are regular customers at prime pizza and the difference between the two pizza places is crazy. The prices are very comparable and Pizza Hut was extremely disappointing. The guy at the front desk was not friendly and there was a lady running around the back in a pair of pajama pants and slide sandals.
To top it all off, they charge $1.50 for cheese and peppers when the pizza alone costs over $30. This place is nasty, dirty, the customer service is nonexistent, overpriced, and stingy with their toppings. What kind of pizza place doesn’t give out packets of cheese and peppers?

I tried 4 times to order online with credit card and cash and it wouldn’t work. Then I called. I had to repeat myself four or five times. The lady was nice but did not understand what I was saying. Extremely frustrating. I hope it gets better.
