Two large pizzas that were a whole lot of crust and not much topping. The crust was literally half the pizza. Some slices had one piece of topping. Deplorable. One was over cooked and the other undercooked.
Did not taste good.

The crew who made this pizza around 5:00PM on July 7, 2024 are the best ever. The service was fast, the place was clean with plenty of help. The staff were all very friendly. The checkout was perfect. Everything was fantastic but the star of the show was this pizza. It’s the absolute best pizza we have ever eaten. Great job Marco’s. I actually called a friend to tell them this is what they should eat for dinner.

we walked in at 10:40 and they close at 11. The 3 employees were soo nice and welcoming. Clean place and clean rr.. prolly cuz they almost closed. I ordered garden pizza thin crust and added chicken. He ordered Florentino chicken . Good pizza. Will be back surely after another concert .

I ordered an extra large pepperoni pizza, a meatball sub (that was burnt, as noted in picture) and a garden salad. Upon delivery I did not receive my garden salad. The delivery person said that they didn’t send it with him and that he would tell them to credit back my card when he went back to the restaurant. ( I feel that it is the delivery driver’s responsibility to make sure they have everything in the order before leavening. And that was not the way to go about it. He should’ve asked me if I still wanted the salad and brought it to me) And they didn’t credit back my card and I was charged the full amount. So I called the restaurant and they wanted to give me a credit for in-store. That credit can’t be used for delivery, which is the only way I order from them and it can only be used for dine in purchase or carry out. I didn’t receive my item so I wanted, the money credited back to my card. The manager, assistant manager, or shift leader. Whatever she is. Didn’t know how to do it and she actually charged my card again instead of crediting back my money. I called back and she said that she didn’t know how to do it, so she would have to have the manager do it when they come in the next day. Completely unacceptable. You should not have someone in charge if they don’t know what they are doing. I’m disputing this with my credit card company and I will not be ordering from them again as this is not the first time I have had issues with them.

First and last time ordering here. They sent us something incorrect and refused to send a replacement because thr order had somehow come in through Door Dash, despite us literally ordering thru their own website and not Door Dash. I have a pizza I didn’t order and literally cannot eat because of an allergy and they won’t replace it.

I typically order at the university location but this happened to be on the way home… I ordered my usual, the Large Pepperoni Magnífico … and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I even communicated to the cashier about it the lack of pepperoni’s and she was very non-chalant about it.

I went to Marcos in Harrisburg 08/28/2025.I entered in staff was lounging in restaurant. placed my order..Pizza was made I never saw NO One wash their hands before attending to food…Pizza was cooked while staff sit in booths on phones.Pizza finished server sliced no gloves no hand washing at all…. Will never go to this Marco’s again…We just never know what are servers are doing before or during unless we see it..
