Haven’t been here in years. Decided to give it a try. Everything was great! Food was hot, service was nice. House Margaritas were light but enjoyable. It was almost a 10/10 when we were about to leave, a bug comes crawling out on the side of the table. Then right behind my daughter, we noticed a spider. Someone came to try to kill bug but we literally had to all get up from the table so he could kill it. Definitely grossed out

Not gonna lie this was the BEST chilis experience I’ve ever had. The hostess was very sweet and opened the door to greet us and when we left. Our server Luke was amazing!! One of the best servers I have EVER had. Very attentive and timing was perfect. Very sweet guy. My drink was never empty. It’s like he appeared with a new glass as soon as I needed one lol. Food was also very good! Definitely will be coming back to this location.

Stopped by on a Friday night. The restaurant was maybe half full, so not a whole lot of people. I ordered the trio with southwestern egg rolls, sliders, and bone in wings. My husband ordered a mushroom Swiss burger and fries. Our food was good. Service was very slow-from our waitress to the food. It took just over 10 minutes from when we ordered our teas to the time we got them. Our waitress didn’t come back to check in on us for refills or anything for that matter. Our food took almost 30 minutes to get to our table. I could understand if they were packed but they weren’t. I like that they have tv’s airing sporting events. It helped pass the long wait.

Me and few friends came at night near closing, so it was just us and few other eaters too. The area was quiet, and ambient set a good mood for great discussions.
The waitress was very nice, and was very flexible on how’d we split the bills. Over a very great experience as college students on a Friday night.
The mozzarella sticks, with the hot sauce are great to get, very filling. The mango iced tea is a very refreshing and sweeter drink.

Dinner on Friday night with no issues. Atmosphere was hopping and our waitress was extremely busy, but she or a coworker stopped at our table nearly every time they passed us. Food was made to perfection. Thanks for a great visit!

Chili’s is always a great go to with a group, there is something for everyone. At this Chili’s (TPC Parkway in San Antonio, TX) we were pleasantly surprised at the exceptional service!! Our server was prompt, fun and knowledgeable, and our drinks were always full. The manager even stopped by to check on us… we gushed to her about our pleasant experience! This was a 10 out of 10, like, pre-COVID service!! I am thrilled that THIS Chili’s actually gets it right! THANK YOU, we will be back!

The burgers are good, but the chicken ranch quesadillas weren’t that good. They were overcooked. The cheese fries were overcooked and dry. They place needs a deep cleaning(walls, booths, bathroom, and floors are filthy). Our waitress was awesome! The $5 margarita was great!

I’ve been to a lot of Chili’s locations, but this one far exceeded my expectations! The food came out extra tasty and exactly as I ordered it, hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. The restaurant itself was spotless and very well maintained. Some Chili’s locations can be hit or miss, but this one was definitely a hit! I’ll absolutely be coming back.

I went to Chili’s on TPC Parkway with my friends yesterday, and we had a blast! The service was great, shout out to Josh who was our server! You rock! the food came out on time and everyone had a great attitude. We will be back!
