I would like my 12$ and the last hour of my life back, please. The most disgusting “food” I’ve seen. Chicken sandwich was gray meat. Gray. It’s shameful these are the standards that are acceptable. Someone is going to get sick if this is your norm. Food safety is a thing for a reason.

Besides being turned away from service the other day, but now. You only get so many chances. Ordered the number 5. The sonic bacon burger. Basically just bacon bits at this point. Asked for no mayo, came with mayo. This store is literally falling apart, service is extremely slow and the food is messed up 3/4 of the time.

waited at the driver through menu for 10 minutes and nobody ever said anything. do not recommend to anyone. we left. when pulling out all of the staff was standing outside and another car at one of the stalls was backing out bc nobody ever took their order. a heavy set worker was talking at them to come to the window to be served. the entire staff needs to be fired and start fresh. laziness. if i was the owner i would be ashamed of this. someone needs to train the staff.

Despite its rocky past, Sonic is always a solid option. I will admit, there is often a lengthy wait and the kitchen seems to be understaffed. Despite this, the food and drinks never seem to be an issue. I personally enjoy a large milkshake as it is served in a HUGE drink container.
With underrated burgers and chicken, Sonic is a solid option if you are willing to wait a little while longer than other fast food places.

Ordered 2 drinks & we were the only customers there. Both drinks were wrong & disgusting. The slush tasted like chlorine & the shake was just plain soft serve with whipped cream on top. We pulled over & threw them both away.

Very run down, clearly in dire need of a face lift, understaffed, didn’t have a CarHop available which is the entire ‘charm’ of Sonic to begin with. Plus, this is what their ‘Premium Chili Cheese Dog’ looks like.

I not rating the franchise or even the employees, the manager on night shift on 2/11 literally rocks. My order got messed up and he was so quick to fix it and make everything fresh for me! Thank you kind soul! You deserve a raise!

Even if you live in Princeton, you could just do the drive and go to the next Sonics, located in Tazewell, VA, and it would take just as much time to get your food from Tazewell then to WAIT for service and WAIT for your food in Princeton. Even if they have NO ONE to serve YOU are the only customer, they take their time to take your order. Most of the time they seem very understaffed and I was super surprised to see (AND SMELL) ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES SMOKING POT in the parking lot before going back inside to work!!! I have nothing wrong with people that smoke, but doing it AT WORK? When you finally get the food it’s usually good, sometimes missing an item whether it’s something you paid for or just asked for. Some of the workers are kind others not so much.

The young lady in the drive thru took my order, radio silence over the speaker so I proceeded to pull up to the window. I wait a good 8 minutes before she acknowledges I am there. She asked if I had the door dash I said no mam I had ordered at the speaker. She straight faced slammed the window and hollered for someone to come take my order. At that point I just left. But if anyone encounters the frumpy rather large lady in the drive thru, I hope you’re ready for a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience. Will not be returning and am in the process of contacting the Better Business Bureau.

After receiving my food the employee shut the window without giving me the drinks I ordered. I waited about 5 minutes. During that time the employee left the restaurant. I drove around the drive thru again to tell them I did not get my drinks. No one asked to take my order so I went to the window again . After waiting a few minutes without anyone acknowledging I was there, I drove through the drive thru again and this time told them I had my food but no drinks. She said come to the window. I am sure it was the manager because she was changing out the money drawers. She came to the window and handed me the drinks without a word being spoken. No apologies for my 15 minute wait, no thank you, no communication. I give them a zero out of 10 rating. Terrible service and rude manager.
