The parking is a little different, there didn’t seem to be that many spaces so if the place is busy it might be hard to find a spot that’s not in the tow-zone of the dumpster. Atmosphere is pretty laid back, thought I’d say it does smell a bit like dishwater in the dining room/ bar area. They have an outside patio for dining as well. I ordered a house salad, and it comes with green and black olives. They only offer homemade Italian dressing though. I was caught off guard when they brought me the salad because it had food coloring, dyed onions which were green. I also went during lunch hours, ordered me the lunch pasta bowl with spaghetti and one decent sized meatball. The sauce was pretty good plenty of it to coat the pasta. The meatball was like they said it’d be, juicy! Cooked well and I got it baked with cheese which cost an extra $2.00 on the bill. The garlic toast was not too crunchy but baked well. It comes with actual minced garlic and oil on the toast and that’s different. I got a sweet tea to drink, which they make by the gallon pitcher. It wasn’t too sweet but it wasn’t unsweetened either. I spent a total of $18.00 – $24.00 including the tip. Overall the staff were friendly. Service was a little slow but considering that it was probably made to order I’m not upset about it. GO CHECK IT OUT!

This may be one of my new favorites here in Hamilton. This pizza was okay, but the pasta was fantastic! And our server was amazing. She was so attentive and kind even with a huge crowd in there watching the Ohio state football game.
We ordered: meatball mostaccioli, the Godfather, and the Chicken Alfredo. We also got a pepperoni pizza to go and three cheesecakes. So here’s my option on everything:
Meatball mostaccioli: Meh. Sauce was bland. Meatball was good. Would not order this again.
The Godfather: this is red sauce over mostaccioli pasta with Italian sausage, onions and peppers. It was pretty good. The peppers and onions were fresh but the sauce was still so bland. The Italian sausage was very spicy for me, but my dining companions didn’t think so. I don’t think I would order it again.
Chicken Alfredo: this was the winner. I will eat this every day all day. The sauce is so creamy and delicious. Just the right amount of chicken and the cheese baked on top added some extra love! I almost licked the plate it was so good.
Garlic bread: if you like your garlic bread with lots of garlic and little bread, this is the one for you. I love garlic so this bread was fantastic to me.
Cheesecake: sadly, no. Tasted so weird. Don’t recommend at all.
Pepperoni pizza: yummy but nothing special.

Yes, I will be back for more Alfredo! And the atmosphere was okay just loud because there was so many people in there. It’s a lively bar crowd for sure.

Gina’s fried chicken Parmesan on Mostaccioli very good. The baked spaghetti & meatballs also great. We’ll be back soon.

This Italian-American fusion restaurant has a cozy but somewhat dim atmosphere, giving it a tavern-like feel. The dining area is relatively small and looks a bit dated. We ordered two pizzas, a lasagna, and a burger-pizza. Unfortunately, the pizzas were disappointing—bland, tough, and lacking flavor. However, the lasagna and burger-pizza were quite good. The staff was very friendly, which was a plus. The price is around $20 per person, I would recommend this place but not for pizza. Also the restaurant is not directly on the main road, making it easy to miss.

Stopped by for the first time to grab some take out and was pleasantly surprised. Everything was so good and fresh. The servers were so sweet. The restaurant it’s self can get a little crowded and noisy so be advised if that’s not your thing. The tavern is all the way in the back of the parking lot, hidden from the road. This is definitely going to become a regular spot.

Gina’s was fun! Italian meets local family-friendly bar. I had the grilled chicken Alfredo and he had mostaccioli and meatballs. We also had the meatball appetizer and the kid had the cheese pizza. The chicken appeared to be that cheap pre-cubed stuff and the sauces were thin. I’m assuming the Alfredo was thin because they didn’t add flour to it. Which I appreciate. They were all good. Cocktails were generic mixes. Good food for an upscale dive bar. The garlic bread was eh okay.

Excellent food. The restaurant was packed from when we showed up at 5 until we left at 7:30. For the crowd in here, I can’t speak highly enough about this place. The chicken parmesan and chicken Alfredo was absolutely phenomenal. Pizza has almost like a little pesto in it and makes the sauce incredible!! We loved it and we’ll definitely be back!

What can I say, other than ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL! I was not sure what to expect being from Michigan & growing up with Italian food. Gina’s place shined. The staff (tiffany) hustled & were beyond hospitable. As a former waitress, hands down 10 across the board. My kid goes to Miami of Ohio & stayed in hamilton.

I will happily come back here for dinner. I ❤️ this place. God bless all of you.

We hit Gina’s every time we are in town visiting family. All the food is incredibly delicious and the beer is cold. You can’t go wrong with any of the pasta dishes. The pizza is also delicious.

The food is great, portions are average, but the place is extremely crowded with tables way too close to each other and difficulty moving around. It was extremely noisy even with the place 1/3 full we could hardly hear each other. Ladies bathroom was clean. I would come back because of the quality of food but might wait until the outside patio is open
