This Little Caesar’s is great! The pizza is always good, of course the cheapest way to feed a family – but most of all I love the people here. Ordered on the app driving home two pizzas when I arrived they said my order was never received even confirmed address. They offered to make the pizzas right there, which I was fine to wait wasn’t far from home. Upon arrival to my house I opened the box to see a poorly cut mess with half pepperoni on one side and appears the cheese shifted to one side. Needless to say very disappointed. I know they can do better and I want to see this place do good but this was just really upsetting.

Customer service is rude. Went in ordered food. Asked for it to be made fresh instead of it being pulled out of the box and the cashier looks in the box and raises his voice when I reminded him I wanted it made fresh. That’s something you just don’t do is be a smart butt to Customers. I wasn’t rude .

Went to pick up, order was not ready ( original pep and 2 crazy bread) girl said wait in the lot she would bring it out. 10 mins later watching the online order ready scale, pizza done. Girl stood in waiting room talking and sweeping. After another 10 mins husband said he thought we should go in for it. Got in, she went to get our order and didnt wash her hands. Got home and after all that, dang pizza was burnt!! ♀️

Ordered online because I thought they would prioritize my order because they’re always pretty slow. The app said my food would be ready in about 30 minutes (plenty enough time to make a pizza when they received my order) I had to wait an additional 20 minutes past the ready by… time. After the manager told the other workers to do their job because they were standing around the worker who boxed up my pizza said my first and last name and slammed my pizza hard on the counter and turned around and walked away after I said politely to him “thanks bud”
