Horrible. The large fries wasn’t filled, the nuggets were old and the burgers were watery. Also forget the drive thru. Service is slow. $25 down the drain. Quality and service at this location is always consistently bad. Other Wendy’s are much better.

Waited in line for over 20 minutes on 08-02-19 and they werent even busy. There were maybe 6 total customers that were there inside and at the drive thru. Workers were just standing around. How can you consider yourself a fast food place when it took over 20 minutes to get one combo?

Went through the window, very polite and friendly woman and an accurate order. There is always just a little something missing, either no napkins, no knife for a salad or they are out of hot sauce or the dressing meant for the salad.
But… Big shout out for improvement at this Wendy’s. They are obviously putting in the effort.

My fiancé and I went in around 7:45 this evening. As soon as we pulled in there were two employees complaining that we were coming in to eat. As if it just killed them to serve us. We get in and the female followed us in. She laid her cigarette on the counter under the register screen and proceeded to take our order. She got our drinks and food ready and by that time we had decided to get our money back and go elsewhere. When he requested our money back, she got an attitude so we asked for the manager. The manager stood there and acted like it wasn’t a problem. If anyone in town is looking for a good and respectful place to eat, I HIGHLY recommend El Puente across the street. Their service never disappoints!

It’s so sad how badly this place continues to spiral downward!

I’m used to fast-food places botching my order (as they did again on this visit), but this Wendy’s issues run far deeper than that.

This is what I noticed today: 1) The place smells badly. Kind of a damp, stale, oily smell permeates the place. 2) Today, there were flies everywhere. I hate eating indoors and struggling to keep flies from crawling all over my food. 3) EVERYTHING I touched felt greasy! The outsides of the food wrappers, the serving tray, the tables and chairs, and the door handles — everything I had to put my hands to left my fingers oily! 4) When I took my place in line, the ‘Now Serving’ board read “2004” and “2005”. By the time I finally placed and received my order, I had become convinced that those were the YEARS in which the now-ready orders had been placed! They were nowhere nearly busy enough to justify even 1/3rd of today’s delays…

I have always liked Wendy’s menu, and historically enjoyed their restaurants. This store is influencing my opinion for the worse.

Never seem to get the order right. This time we ordered the same off the menu. One was on the serving tray in a few minutes, the other we waited for twenty minutes. Do I eat mine or wait for his and then mine is cold? It’s not rocket science. It customer service.

You won’t find yourself needing napkins at this one. Burgers are not in true Wendy’s fashion. Very dry, last several visits cold fries. If they adhered to the standards of a real Wendy’s they’d be very hard to beat, and double business if not more. Step it up owners and management !!

Don’t never plan on going back unless this company can fix their managers. They’re rude not only to customers but to their employees also. Even when it’s not their fault they push the blame onto their employees so they don’t have to take the heat for the insistent they actually caused. And if you go through drive Thur you can’t get an order correct unless you go three times.

This Wendy’s really needs to look at the management. For example, it is 915pm, I order a large chocolate frosty. The reply is, sorry, we have shutdown the Frosty machine for the night. I can understand if it was 11pm, but it is 9:15pm. This not the first time or second time this has occurred. I guess if you want a Frosty from this Wendy’s you better go by 6pm before they shutdown for the night even though they are open till 12 midnight. I guess I will need to start driving all the way to Greensboro where they serve their full menu till midnight.

They really don’t even deserve a single star! We went through the drive thru and no one asked for an order, pulled up to an empty and ignored window. There were customers inside so we went inside instead, someone had just been helped. We knew what we wanted and stepped closer to the counter to be helped but any employees that had originally been in view had already disappeared behind the walls pretending to be busy. Near the restrooms there was what looked like a cashier just chit chatting with a group of friends instead of doing her job. Another girl with a headset at the back of the joint looked our way and just completely ignored us. Basically everyone ignored us. That never happens during the day and honestly it was only 7pm. Wendy’s used to be my favorite fast food place but frankly this one can burn to the ground. There was absolutely nothing going on that would call for ignoring customers like that and if there was then someone should’ve spoke the hell up about it.
