Next time I will get both BEEF. The most delicious 20 minute-ready food in the area. Even the chicken was juicy and flavored to perfection. $24 for Double plate, so worth it.
This small resultant will open a bigger restaurant in the future, you can tell the owner is on the way to success/franchise restaurants.

My order was pickup.I went there a little early and they haven’t cut off the fresh shawarma yet because it was early in the day. I had the chance to watch my order being prepared, and instead of using fresh chicken cut from shawarma and prepared for the wrap, they put chicken from a tray left over from the previous day inside the wrap. I definitely don’t recommend it to anyone. You can’t see people’s health as worthless.

On my way back home from LA I stopped over at Sofreh, Santa Clarita. They made two wraps for me – chicken shawarma and chicken kabob. It still tastes in my mouth. It was so fresh. I would love to go back there any number of time. I have been looking around for similar tastes near my home and not found one close to that taste.

Delicious! The ceviche and fried pita chips were a big hit at my dinner party. The chicken and meat were so flavorful and tender. And the salad dressing was on point. The hummus was a little bland, but overall, it was a fresh and scrumptious homemade masterpiece. Absolutely one of the best hidden gems in the SCV.

I went in on a Sunday afternoon to pick up chicken Lule. It was well seasoned and tasty. I just wish the plate came with a bit of hummus. Too much salad for my liking. Other than that the transaction was fast, person working the spot was nice, and it was pretty clean. I’ll be going back. Way better than Sam’s..no shade

I checked out this place for the first time today. Here is my honest opinion.
Pros: the guy took 20 minutes to prepare the food and the reason is that it was being made after I placed my order. I can definitely appreciate a meal that isn’t microwaved and it looks like everything was made on the spot here. Also, the servings are far from small.
Cons: cleanliness. The first thing that caught my attention is the guy was wearing gloves but he’d count money while in them and then use the very same ones to cook. Also— no hairnet of any kind. As a result I ended up finding a hair on my food as well as a plastic cap with a hole in the middle (possibly top of a bottle that’s used for salad dressing/vinegar). Really? Additionally, a lot of vegetable oil was used in everything.
Because of the cleanliness issue, I won’t be coming back.

We love Sofreh! My family and I order the beef shish and chicken shish at least once per week. It is delicious and plenty to eat for our family. The owner is very nice and knows exactly what we like as we are regulars. Great value for the money! So glad we got a flier from them this year! Thank you!
