Restaurant was clean and cozy. Food was absolutely delicious and served hot (one pizza finished first and they brought it) cheesesticks portion was large. Staff was amazing. They were polite and attentive but didn’t hover. They checked in how we were doing and then let us eat in peace. They brought refills without us having to ask. They also explained the crusts in a way i understood because always get confused

Did not have a good experience here. When we walked in. We were told we could seat ourselves but most of the tables were either taken up by other customers or dirty dishes so we had to sit at a table with eight chairs that could have been for a party. Tried to order wings and fries but was told they didn’t have any because inventory didn’t come until tomorrow. Me and two other people had ordered all at the same time but only my order came first and I was about finished when theirs came. The pickle that my mother had gotten didn’t even look like a pickle and the waitress only checked on us once and never asked if we needed refills for our drinks. I asked for our check. She gave it to us that didn’t even have all three orders on it and when we went to check out she told us a different price. Claims that the computer malfunctioned..If you give someone a check please make sure that everything is correct. Review Update: It’s been since the 26th of June that the owner said they would send me something if I sent my mailing address or my number. I sent my mailing address. I have yet to receive anything in the mail so far and I sent them my contact number on July 10th. I still have yet to receive anything from the owner after they had asked for my contact number. Please do not offer people anything if you aren’t going to actually send them something to make up for the inconvenience. It is very unprofessional.

The food was ok. My issue was the manager on duty Sunday night 7/27/25. Him and his gf/wife were sitting at a table talking, laughing, being loud and he really didn’t help the other employees do anything, he followed one around like a lost puppy dog. His gf/wife was NOT wearing shoes, looked and smelled like she hadn’t showered, complained the floor was sticky (well should have been wearing shoes in the first place) and from the sounds of it had been there all night Saturday as well. This is supposed to be a family restaurant not some place for employees family to hang out all night and dressed inappropriately. I hope someone does something about this. At this time we will NOT be back!

It’s an older looking pizza hut. That’s a good thing. Many newer ones don’t have places to sit and eat. The staff did a good job and the pizza and other items tasted good.

They was very nice plus one of our pizzas was a large and so the cook made 2 mediums instead of saying we can’t make this pizza because we are out of this large pizza crust! I absolutely love those meat lovers Melts but they need to send more marinara sauce!

If I could give zero stars I would! Every time my family and I order food from this establishment it is always severely undercooked! Our order is never right! And the customer service on top of that is absolutely horrible! I have never experienced more rude, ungrateful employees in my whole entire life! If you’re looking for a quick meal may I suggest eat at home! Took over an hour for my takeout order to be done! And the pizza was not even cooked the way it needs to be! Needed a substitute for something they didn’t have in stock …..which by the way they never have pan pizza in stock! And even though you have to pay an extra dollar for that they’re going to charge you that extra dollar plus whatever else you’re substitute is because they don’t have it! If you want to waste your money may I suggest just flushing it down the toilet cuz that’s where your meal is going to wind up anyway!

We buy pizza all the time and every time my order is wrong and we get the attitude of oh well. Like tonight we ordered a taco pizza and salads and cheese sticks. No salads taco pizza no lettuce or cheese and when my daughter brought it back they gave her lettuce and cheese and told her to do it her self real professional guys! Absolutely disappointed! I always order 2’family size cheese sticks, not only did they reduce the cup size for their marinara, the last 3 times I’ve ordered cheese sticks, 2 family sizes, they have given us 1 small cup of marinara, that literally lasts a total of 3 pieces! Why aren’t they given the sufficient amount of marina per order!? If people order more than one order, they should be getting at least 1 marinara per order! To not even consider this as well as reducing their cup sizes, is absolutely ridiculous.

This place gets one star, because no stars isn’t an option. First, we waited 15 minutes to get seated. Waited an additional 15 minutes, 30 minutes total, to order drinks. At the 45 minute mark, we finally ordered, they were out of all doughs except hand tossed and personal pan pizzas. Huge disappointment, since the only thing we wanted was a large pan pizza, with breadsticks. We ordered a personal pan, large hand tossed, and the breadsticks. About an hour in, we hadn’t received drinks, nor had our food even been started and they were out of personal pan pizzas, which they had neglected to inform us of. Only reason we found out about that, was because the most unprofessional manager I have EVER seen was screaming at the 14-15 year old girl (ROCKSTAR), only one actually working the entire place, by herself, “WE’RE OUT OF PERSONAL PAN PIZZAS, STOPPING TAKING ORDERS FOR THEM”. This was after a full hour of sitting there, no drinks, no apps, order not started yet, that we cancelled our order and left. Manager gave us a filthy look and slammed down the order she was working, for the ONLY other table in the place.

The Regional Coach for this Pizza Hut location has since reached out to me to get our full story and make the appropriate changes and/or necessary training needed to correct these issues moving forward. Will definitely give this location another chance.

Service and food are great, and pizza is hot and fresh.
The bathroom is adequately clean, and the small sink leads to splashing, which makes the floor wet and somewhat unappealing.
I would go again.
