Walk-in Order. No one was up front because they were busy in the back. A lady said I will be with you shortly. She came fast. She was nice. Took our order. Food was ready in less than 8 min. Super fast service. Pizza was great!! Will be back soon . Thanks guys

I should have known better. You get what you pay for. Well your suppose to anyways. I ordered for faster service online. Well that’s what they tell you. The app says will be done around 607. So I’m using the tracker my pizza does even go into the oven till 608. That’s fine plenty of warning that it’s not ready. I sit in my car and it says pizza ready. I get there look at the online board my names not there. The guy says they are far behind and ask what everyone’s name was. I see there’s pizza in slots that aren’t online. The guy goes back to the back and they bring pizza up for people who aren’t even there. Now it’s like 7 pm and the guy walks out again. I’ve been waiting for ever. He ask my name again. Then he pulls my Cold pizza out that had been sitting there forever. I knew it would be cold but I paid online and these people were just so stressed out who do I complain to or get money from. I get home and my pizza isn’t even right. I paid for a pretzel stuffed crust and got the original. Everything was cold and terrible. Cheese was no longer cheese. Kids didn’t ask for more. Total waste of time and money

ordered a pizza got the wrong pizza called they said they woukd make me a new one if I called back I did that they didnt make a new one left the old one sitting around instesd of getting a delivery driver how are you gonna have worse delivery service then a restaurant that is more expensive do better.

Ordered a pretzel pizza and waited 20 minutes in the store just to find out my order had been ready for a while and no one notified me. After I got my pizza I open the box to find out instead of giving me a pretzel pizza, they made a normal pizza and just put salt on the crust.

Rude cashier and manager! As soon as me and my husband walked in the cashier had an attitude and was rude. Didn’t sweat it still ordered. Husband goes back in to get the pizzas. They looked like they just threw them together. No cheese , no pepperoni’s a hot mess. We ask for a refund the manager catches an attitude. Never again.

So crazy as this sounds… I went into the store to order cheesy crazy puffs and was told… I can not sell you those in store…. you have to order those online and then pick them up here. I thought maybe there was a mistake. So I said can I order pepperoni crazy puffs, hold the pepperoni and she said no. I’m still trying to figure out the reasoning for this. She said it was the owner of this location that made the rule. This is like the craziest thing I’ve encountered in a long time at a restaurant of any kind. WTH ?
