They need to shut this place down. Health department must haven’t been by there lately. They need to do a surprise pop up. The workers nasty, scratching their braids and touching food I watched a girl clean the chicken area with a dirty wet paper towel. Pop machines look like it was never cleaned. Do not stop here! If you are traveling through West Memphis, keep going. Shouldve known hie terrible this place was based on how rude the woman was who took our order. Then, we waited 30 minutes at the drive through while the workers did nothing inside. Additionally, we watched one employee put his fingers in his mouth before serving the food. Do not go here.

This place is horrible. The dinner room is ALWAYS dirty. The restrooms are ALWAYS dirty. Customer service is so so on a good day. This KFC is in a prime location and at one point was really good. But now it’s trash. I gave it 2 stars and that’s being nice. They really need to do better.

The employees were laughing and chatting amongst themselves and with other people in the restaurant who appeared to be their friends. They gave me an incomplete order, and when I went to ask for the missing items, which were the side dishes (mashed potatoes and mac and cheese), they told me that the order had been given to me complete, implying that I was lying. Instead of talking about marijuana and other nonsense, they should be doing the job they’re paid for. I wish Kentucky Fried Chicken would pay attention to customer reviews, but apparently, they don’t, because as you can see, there are many negative reviews of this place, and they continue to provide terrible service. I would give it zero stars, but I’m only given the option to give one. People who demand respect should give it in return. I have no reason to lie; I have money to pay for my food. I simply and respectfully pointed out that the order was incomplete.

Would give 0 stars if possible cashier lady at register didn’t even wanted to take my order I don’t know what she is looking or listening because she just stand there and that is all. This place, food feels old, greasy, floor, bathroom and table are dirty. I pay $43 dollars for my order wait more than 20min they don’t have soda, no chicken breast, we had to wait for the fries and to finish was burned and greasy.

Kidding aside, I’m truly worried the $30 I spent on lunch for a friend and I may kill us. This place has not been cleaned in a long minute. Honestly disgusting. Hopefully the employees wash their hands. Ice buckets on the floor in the customer seating area can’t be sanitary. At what point should a company make a leadership change with these reviews

Ordered a cantina burrito box got a cantina quesadilla. While it’s still a descent amount of food it’s not what I ordered.
Recommend reading back people’s orders before cashing out to prevent this.

This place looked terrible like every table dirty, nasty bathroom, sticky floors, chairs dirty, chairs missing pads ect.
The food tasted off not totally right. All the drinks didn’t taste on point either.
I don’t know what’s up with this location but, might just want to drive on down the road.
