I did a pick up order through drive thru. Five kids meals and a quarter pounder with fries. The had me pull forward and I was waiting for 20 minutes. And once the food was out it was cold. And all of the Halloween buckets were the same colours? How can you make me pull forward to make sure I get my food fresh. And give me cold food. And the same buckets for all of them too? And you barely filled up my drinks! I’ve been going here for years and they truly have just terrible service now.

Never seen a McDonald’s pull every single car to the side in the drive thru at 7pm on Sunday to wait for their food. Fries were still cold when I got mine. 5 cars in front of me all had to wait. 5 more cars pulled in behind me. Never seen such bad reviews of a McDonald’s before.

I ordered a burger, literally never got it. I ordered and it had been around 25 minutes, I saw other people around me who had order afterwards getting their food, didn’t think much of it and just continued waiting. At this point it had been 40 minutes, I went to the register, took about 15 minutes till someone finally acknowledged me, I told them my order and order number and asked if it would be out soon, the lady said to just wait and it would be soon. Another 20 minutes passed, now I’m just standing at the counter waiting. Then it had been around an hour and a half since I ordered, I asked the lady why I still hadn’t gotten my food and she, again, just told me to wait. It had been another 20 minutes and I started heading towards the door to leave when the lady walked up and said “if you just wait we’ll have your food” it had already been around 2 hours and I was over it. I got no food, no refund, it was a waste of time and money.

We come here all the time. The staff are nice and friendly. We were here tonight and they were slammed. There was one staff member encouraging her team to stay positive and uplifting her team. It was amazing to see her passion for the team and her fellow staff members.

Easy order, two big Macs. Somehow missed the cheese, lettuce, and onions. Actually checked it before I left and actually bothered to go back inside. Once they pulled up the order to confirm that I didn’t request no cheese no lettuce and no onions, they attempted to replace. 10 minutes of waiting later, I left with nothing. This location is consistently terrible. Avoid.

Waited for 25 minutes before I went inside to enquire about my order. While inside, I was being ignored by the staff. Took another 5 minutes before someone talked to me. When I asked about my curbside order, it’s been sitting at their order counter the whole time with a curbside ticket in bold print.
30 minutes total for 3 cold cheese burgers without an apology.
