The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and would recognize my husband and I as we would stop in every week when shopping at the Quarry! I will not however be returning to any Caribou locations given the recent statements regarding employees being required to serve ICE agents.

Great drinks however I witnessed a customer berating and bullying a barista for nearly 8 minutes with no intervention from their manager. Was a grown man bullying a teenager staff member.
I wish this location would care about who they are serving and care more about the atmosphere that customers witness when they see this happen.

I ordered online in my phone. I’m a newbie to Caribou in general. It worked great! Stopped in and my order was waiting for me. I tipped in cash too. My blue raspberry energy drink was really good! I was afraid it was going to be not sweet enough!

Typical Caribou! The baristas used to know me and make my drink when I walked in the door, not the case anymore, high turnover I guess. It is always clean and everyone is usually friendly. It can get quite cramped when there are long lines in the morning or at lunch.
