Ordered a catering for my workplace, absolutely wonderful experience. Food was amazing and service was above and beyond. General Manager exhibited top tier customer service, even when our requests were a bit difficult to accomplish in a short amount of time. Our experience was so amazing, we will be back for our next office event.

Ordered delivery, only to never get my food because “we’re not open today”. Employee rudely answered the phone with just a “hello” then proceeded to give me an attitude like his incompetence was somehow my fault. I’ll be there later today to check his attitude in person.

If i could rate 0 stars i most definitely would. Very rude employees. Messed up my order because they got it ready several HOURS before it was even supposed to be ready then dont give me my money back and i came all the way back down there in person and was refused by the staff for a meal or refund. What the hell kind of business are you running because that is THEFT. I will be reaching out to District Management for a nice talk.

Terrible experience yet again. Previous visit took well over 30 minutes to prepare and get to me. The employee working at the time even acknowledged the long wait time and gave me 2 free entree coupons as compensation. Today I went to try and redeem said coupons only to have senior employee working act as if I had stolen the coupons and would only let me use one because the expiration date (which I saw crossed out by the employee who gave it to me) wasn’t valid. Seems this location has really gone down hill. I suggest visiting a standalone restaurant if you really want it. I definitely won’t be returning here again.
