Very good service. Our waitress was pleasant and attentive. The Pho was very flavorful and served steaming hot just how I like it! Not too salty and the brisket melted in your mouth. Fresh Spring rolls were very fresh and delicious! I would definitely recommend this place and I cant wait to go back! I saw more than a few things I cant wait to try!!

This is my first time here as I was recommended it by a friend. This particular establishment is very clean and spacious inside. For an appetizer I ordered the goi cuon (fresh spring rolls) they were delicious! I decided to the get the beef striped pho as my main course. It was above average for pho and as far as meat they limit it. My family member ordered their Banh mi sandwich and he said it wasn’t that great. They limited the amount sauce, meat, and the bread was really hard. This isn’t a bad Vietnamese restaurant and I’ll probably be back… but it’s not something that is going to keep me up at night craving.

I absolutely believe this is the BEST Vietnamese I’ve had in the Tri-State area. I’ve visited numerous Vietnamese restaurants and this one is #1! Fresh, delicious, clean and welcoming.

The food was amazing, even my toddler and infant loved the noodles. The service was excellent and our server was very helpful and knowledgeable. Restaurant was beautiful and smelled great coming through the door. My husband and I got milk tea and they were so good that we got some to go. We will DEFINITELY be back!

Phenomenal food, love the egg fried rice, and really great mango smoothie. Really nice sweet chili sauce with the shrimp tempura too. Love the atmosphere. The waiter was nice and even complimented my mom’s jewelry!

Ariana was an absolute pleasure! She took care of me and helped me find things to eat,as right now I’m on a gluten and dairy free diet,and that’s sometimes hard to navigate in restaurants. She was very accommodating and welcoming, even though I came in 23 minutes before they closed! They did not make me feel bad about that and they told me I could dine in even though they were closing up for the day. That made me feel very good, especially since it was a busy Friday night out and they’re not a lot of places to go out to that aren’t packed. The food was delicious. I enjoyed it immensely as it was my first time eating Vietnamese food she made a lot of great suggestions which I enjoyed and even took home some leftovers, I felt the portions were very generous!

Wanted to try and new Pho place. Did not disappoint. Pho was delicious and the rice beef platter was on point. Of course, we had to get the spring rolls and they are perfect. The presentation was good and delicious. Prices are a bit higher than other phos but I think it was worth it.

Viet Bistro – Vietnamese Restaurant & Boba Tea is hands down one of my favorite spots in town. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and made with care. My go-to dishes never miss: the curry is rich and aromatic, the beef pho has that perfect balance of broth and spice, and the shrimp tempura is always crispy and light. The beef egg rolls make a great starter, hot, crunchy, and packed with flavor, and the beef rice platter is hearty and satisfying every time.
