worst customer service ever! the lady at the window that we gave our money to and that took our order so incredibly rude and violent. she had a horrible attitude and made all 7 of us in the car uncomfortable. then they proceeded to tell us to move up and the five cars behind us got their food before us. after we waited 25 mins i walked inside and the lady threw the bag at me! it was freezing cold. then there was gum in my boyfriends burger. my other friend got food poisoning. it was very obvious they messed with our food based on how long it took to come out. we were nothing but nice and the lady got offended when we asked how her night was. i will NEVER return and i believe everyone here should get a strict training on how to treat their costumers. shut it down!

Went to this location well before close time of the posted 1:00 am time only to be turned away, being told “we’re currently closed”. That’s it. All the lights are still on to make it look like it’s open. The employee was clearly too busy on her phone at the window milking the clock to serve anyone. Do better.

I work down the street and have been coming here in and off for about a year. If I came here 7 days a week my order would be wrong 6 days out of 7. Order in the drive thru not only do you wait 25 minutes but you get the wrong thing. Order on the app get there and wait another 15 minutes and somehow the orders messed up. I have to wait forever and you can’t make my food right? Then too top it off your employees are rude as hell. Walk in your restaurant and they will sit on their phone, finish whatever it is they’re doing and then have the audacity to go speak with a coworker before addressing multiple customers. Your employees just don’t care. Only one that actually works is the guy with the dangling earring. The rest of your staff needs to be reset.

I came here one night, most terrifying experience of my life, I went through the drive through and ordered my food and was met with an older woman who had the attitude of Judas. She was extremely terrifying with her attitude and facial expressions she was giving me. However the lady who told me to pull forward was amazing I waited enough time for me to fall asleep in the car. I finally walked in only to be faced with a large iguana sized rat hiding underneath the foundation drink stand. I was so hungry I brushed it off. I then got my spicy chicken nuggets only for it to have a forest of mold on it. Never go here.

I walked towards the bathroom before ordering which was disgusting btw and the girl behind the counter yelled to me am I ordering? As if she’s going to kick me out other wise, mind you I’m 37 weeks pregnant.. When I went to order I was met with an annoyed looking staff and asked if I was ready, I said not yet so she just walked away to talk to other employees, to top it off the food did not taste good and wasn’t hot.

The older late night working lady who sounds like she’s hard of hearing.. she’s rude beyond rude. She assumes what you want and it gets mad at you when it’s not what you want. She tells to pull up when you can’t. The food was terrible. For one burger meal with an extra soda comes out to $16. You got me all the way messed up. Sry you hate your job but I didn’t apply there for you smdh.

We needed a quick bite on our way and stopped at this Wendy’s. We sat in the drive-thru for 10 mins before we could order (4 cars in front of us) then another 15 waiting to get our food. 1 girl was on her phone not doing anything and I’m guessing the only other 2 workers were doing the work. People who walked in got their food faster than we did. Still waiting ….

I ordered to dine in. 15 minutes later the order taker asked me what I ordered. 10 minutes later I had my order.

I came to eat here and as i ws going to order i was looking at a employee making the burgers and handling the food with her bare hands (NO GLOVES) i find that extremely unsanitary and a high risk of spreading bacteria
