Terrible service the delivery guy rushed to leave without letting me even check if my order was correct then when i go to call i get put on hold twice no answer for 10 min + treating ppl like shit won’t help u like your job anymore than being simply decent at the bare minimum.

I recently had the pleasure of trying Papa John’s Shaq-A-Roni pizza, which was recommended to me by none other than Shaquille O’Neal himself. Despite being hesitant at first, I decided to go with the Alfredo sauce topping, which I found to be a delicious personal choice. Overall, I must say that Papa John’s is a decent pizza joint.

Food is good. The only issue I have, multiple times there were missing items in my orders. I made a complaint by answering to the feedback email that they send but I never received a comment back from anyone. Other than that, I like it.

Terrible service. I always order from here; no complaint even if I have to go find the drivers because they don’t follow my instructions lol. This time I finally complaint about my burnt pizza and wrong soda I received and lady on the phone was giving me attitude in Spanish when all I wanted was a discount for their mistake. Everything’s expensive when you’re on maternity leave lol so I was furious they were not cooperating although they made a mistake. Not spending a penny here again if they can’t handle the mistakes they made.

One time recently, I had my pizza delivered, and they had the wrong address, so I called the restaurant, and one of the female workers started yelling over the phone, claiming it was all my fault and that I always do this. I’ve never had an issue like this at Papa John’s ever. I contacted Papa John’s customer service directly, and they never got back to me. This is unacceptable behavior and honestly sounds fake because of how crazy it was. She automatically resorted to yelling and screaming over the phone. That is not how you treat a customer, and I will never be coming back to this location, and I advise others not to either.

First time I’ve had Papa John’s and I was pleasantly surprised. Was definitely better then pizza hut nowadays and i personally thing it was much better then domino’s. The wings were very tender and much bigger then domino’s. And i think their pizza quality with much better then both mentioned. The staff here was very nice. Would recommend!
