The Best Healthy Boost in Downtown St. Jo!
I recently stopped by with my family and had such a fantastic experience! This place is a must-try if you’re looking for a super fresh, healthy pick-me-up right downtown.
We tried a couple of their protein shakes—the Peanut Butter Cup and Nutty Buddy—and they were seriously delicious and so fresh. It’s tough to find healthy shakes that taste this good, but they nailed it. We also grabbed one of their egg sandwiches, which was incredibly tasty and the perfect savory bite.
The owners are truly awesome and put so much heart into making sure everything is top-notch.
If you’re walking around downtown St. Joseph and need a healthy smoothie or a great breakfast/lunch option, I highly, highly recommend stopping in. Go see the team and grab yourself a Nutty Buddy—you won’t regret

This place is what St. Joe and Benton Harbor have been missing for a long time. Legit healthy focused smoothies. No nonsense, just clean, delicious smoothies. My wife and I have been waiting for this type of option for 8+ years. My favorite, hands down is the Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Protein shake. A little guilty pleasure, but packed with the right stuff to start the day.

Very, very clean atmosphere! Bathrooms spotless which is very rare in restaurants!

I just had such an amazing experience at this place. Five stars for sure. This is the second location. Clean, crisp, vegetable juices, protein, smoothies, ginger, shots, and healthy food choices as well. The decor was simple and clean and the reggae music in the background was a bonus. Three healthful minded staff members took care of me and this place should thrive. Again,a really great experience to grab a healthy juice.
