I’m honestly very disappointed with the order today. I ordered through Doordash and the driver had it picked up and delivered quickly. I know the poor quality wasn’t due to Doordash. The ham and cheese had a piece of hair MELTED INTO the cheese. The bags are closed and stapled, so there’s no way a hair could have fallen from the dasher. I’m not a “germaphobe” or picky so I took that part off and tossed it. However, I still could not eat the sandwich due to the bread being so dry and hard. I couldn’t bite into it without having to rip it into it with my teeth and causing my jaw to hurt. I had also ordered the Toasted Coconut Macchiato and added extra syrup. It only tasted like the espresso and milk. I didn’t taste any of the toasted coconut. The lavender cold foam on top tasted more like the toasted coconut flavor from the shavings that were on top more than the actual drink did. My boyfriend had the spicy falafel pocket and it was also dry and very chewy with no flavor. It was definitely not “spicy” and didn’t have any flavor of spice to it at all. His Strawberry Acai refresher was the only part of the order that was actually enjoyable. Also the chocolate croissant we shared was okay. Overall we both are just highly disappointed. Especially because we were made to pay a service fee (a tip) for being so far from the store. I’m not sure why that would matter since the Doordash driver that actually delivers the food should be the one concerned with that. It didn’t have the option to change the store or I would have. The Starbucks in Food City has ALWAYS exceeded expectations. Essentially we were forced to tip Starbucks 15% for terrible service. I’m not opposed for tipping but I do not feel comfortable tipping for not even average service. I guess I lived and learned. I will NOT be ordering from this store again.

I’m not sure if it was just an off day or if they were out of products but I’m fairly certain that my chai latte was made with water and not almond milk or at-least majority water. I did see the person working put water in the cup and was assuming it was for something else. I’m new to chai so maybe this is one of many ways to make it. Past chai lattes have not tasted this watered down in my experience. In the future, it would have been great if they had told me they were out of almond milk bc I would have happily requested 2% milk or ordered something different. Other than that the service was great but I feel like I could have saved my money and made better tea at home.

I’m writing this review in line waiting for my order. It is incredibly busy right now but this is an enjoyable experience. One of the workers by the name of Aly is keeping all of the customers engaged and creating a really fun environment to be in. 11/10 recommend coming here no matter how busy it is. Keep up the great work.

Awful experience. They had no brewed coffee….take that in, Starbucks had no brew machines working. The robots took our order over the counter and made us a couple of Americanos since that’s as close as they could come. We waited and eventually found some coffees on our name on the counter, never heard anyone say it was ready….walking out heard another robotic “have a good day”, completely devoid of personality.
I mean I feel for these folks working in that coffee making factory. Everyone orders on the app and drives through so they’re just factory workers.
It was downright depressing going in there….and 2 Americanos was most of 10 dollars and they were not good at all.

I am so excited that this store is finally open! I got an iced mocha latte, an iced white chocolate mocha and a pup cup for my friend’s dog. The barista was really friendly, and they were really quick in getting my order out. I’m sure I’ll be visiting here often!
