Service was horrible. They were supposed to bring my order to the curb and I had to go in to get it. I have a disability and have difficulty walking. The manager came out the back door and stalked me at my car because I argued with his employee. He should have addressed the issue inside instead of coming out of nowhere glaring at me like he was going to harm me and passenger. I had to prove to the employee I had a curb order.

Didn’t want to give any stars. Talked to my mom this evening to be told about the horrible experience she had with her driver Sunday evening 3-2-25. GM she doesnt remember a name…. left hers and my elderly grandmother’s food on an abandoned houses porch with it being cold outside and decided to yell at my mother. Then wants to get attitude when she asked about her 2 liter the driver “forgot” in his car. Im a former assistant manager of a major pizza chain and when our drivers have issues with the address they call the customers to get direct instructions. Your driver had no right arguing with my mother who has been sick over the address she has lived at most of her life. I hope she never orders from here again as yall are rude. Also, the pizza sucked! If you don’t want to work or do your job then go home and find something else to do!!!

I have always had a good experience at this location. However, today, my order was very unsatisfactory. My pizza was not well done and did not have the signature thick handmade pan crust. Last month, I ordered 6 handmade pans for a party, and they got every single one of them perfect. Despite my dissatisfaction with today’s order and the manager becoming argumentative with me, there was a different feeling in the store. When I walked in, no one greeted me, which is unusual. I said hello to the short-haired woman who usually helps me and is usually chatty, and she just nodded and got out of my sight line. I spoke to the manager, Ian, about my order, and he reluctantly pushed the pizza back, a normal request. He had another employee hand it back. I spoke to this person and thanked them for putting the pizza back in the oven. This person did not speak to me, either, and just nodded and quickly went to the back. This once very friendly store had an eerie feeling today, and I am worried about my Domino’s friends under this new, oppressive manager who seems to be cutting costs by using roughly half the dough in all products from pan pizzas to twists, fully understanding it prevents them from being properly cooked.
