I was so disappointed this morning at 3 natives and likely won’t ever come back unless I have a ridiculous amount of time. I walk in there’s two parties ahead of me. Both had already picked out drinks from the bar etc and were waiting to pay. Then two more parties entered behind me. The two girls working (one with dyed hair and glasses, the other with dark hair and older than the first) are finishing an order in the back. They come to the front to give someone a bagel and do not even greet any of us. They continue to work on food orders completely ignoring all of us. Looking up at the line and continue to ignore. A gentle “we are sorry we’re busy we will be with you shortly” would have gone a long way. After 15 minutes of being ignored and them continuing to make orders in the back, bringing something with a foul smell I just decided that a simple yogurt bowl was not worth my wait. I could have basically eaten an entire meal at Alaina’s next door. Really frustrating to be a paying customer and to legit feel like I accidentally walked into someone’s personal kitchen and shouldn’t be there. Do better management— your staff is not even poorly trained they are just not trained at all…

Just a quick shout out to the 3 Natives guys and gals who work there. They area great team. Food is great, quick on turn around ince you order. But the kuddos goes the extremely friendly team. Keep it up. You guys are our goto. Go Chronic with Nutella and extra granola!!!!!

Today I ordered from the Palm Beach Gardens store which I have done on multiple occasions. I ordered 2 large açaí bowls and received 2 bowls with fruit on top of a frozen açaí ice cube. Now I’m $37 dollars less, fighting with my food, and no one is answering the phone. You need to do better!

So I went in to try the Buffalo chicken sandwich, AND it didn’t even fill me up. Sandwiches are smaller I guess, prices haven’t gone down though. They claim to have dropped their prices, Nothing has gone down in price. Everything is just as expensive as it used to be. This location has a bunch of highschool kids running the location. I was the only customer in their and it took 15-20 mins to make a small wrap.. Great products, terrible prices and portions!

Whenever I go to 3Nativs Ronnie always provides the best service with a smile! He is friendly, remembers my order and always has a kind word. I love the PB&A bowl and he always remembers my extra peanut butter!

i reached out to the owner, via his response to this comment, and he helped provide compensation. i will try 3Natives again, as my family loves it there and i do understand that mistakes happen. i do appreciate them actually reaching out to help correct it.

Every single time I stop in here, the manager Taquan greets me with the friendliest, most professional attitude I’ve seen in my local food service industry. Kudos to this young man for rising above and standing out, a true example of what customer service should be!
