If you are looking for a quick bite, then this is the place. I would give it a 5 stars but there are a few downfalls. Were in 2025 and we still get fountain drinks (that’s just my opinion) and only 2 aguas flavors. They have all the canned drinks. But overall their food was flavorful, the chips were crunchy and the meat in to tacos was tasty. I recommend.

So, I had this place on my list of new places to check out. It did not dissappoint. The service was great, I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I tried 3 different meats in tacos. Barbacoa, al pastor, and carne asada. They came on a platter with plenty of grilled onions and a slice of grilled jalapeño. The salsa is self serve at a salsa bar and there are several to choose from along with lime wedges, pico de gallo and onions with cilantro. The meats were clean and cooked well. (When I say clean I mean not full of grease or fat) The seasoning was tasty although I would have preferred a bolder flavor. Maybe more seasoning or salt? I guess that would be a preference thing, I probably could have added some salt myself. The seasoning was good though, let me get that straight, I would have just liked more of it. I am definitely coming back to try other menu items like the torta, the burrito, birria tacos and loaded fries.

Their tacos are usually so good and I never have an issue until today 🙁 I guess it can’t always be perfect. I’ve never seen so much oil on my tacos.

Went opening night, they were completely out of cheese and flour tortillas. Understandable because it’s opening day. However, when I got my fries they were undercooked and very soft. Barely any salt on them. My pastor tacos however were good but they barely gave me any sauce or onions and cilantro. Service was fast, cleanliness was subpar. I’ll give it another chance in the future but was underwhelmed with my first experience. Also I tried multiple times to place order by phone but received no answer.
Update: I went back on the night of 8/8 and got 4 pastor tacos and a burger and fries, also asked for extra green sauce. No cilantro for my tacos, onions were grilled. Cilantro in the picture is some my coworker had. Fries were undercooked and disgusting. Burger was good but out of 3 food items, only 1 being good is not a good track record. Will not be coming back.

I tried this spit and I am in loooove with Easttowntacos! The food is hot and fresh upon ordering. You can tell that this us a family oriented business and they take pride in their food. This is a good spit for a first date. Lunch spot and casual food take out. I give this review

Barbacoa tacos are absolutely amazing! They provide green & red salsa and grilled onions! Super yummy!!! Customer service is always great, & all of the workers/owners are always super kind. Definitely recommend!

I go for the Tacos so far. They really set you up with chopped mixed onion and cilantro, red and green salsa,lime wedges, grilled jalapeno halves and grilled onions. Great thick chips . Need to give the the other menu items a try for sure. Queso is subpar. Everything looks fantastic. The elotes delivered was dry and flavorless. Tacos need more flavor. Want jalapeno salsa Verde, not avocado tomatillo salsa Verde.
