When I walked in, I mentioned to my brother that this is the cleanest subway I have been in a very long time.
The gentleman behind the counter was very polite and courteous.
I really like that. You could still see the produce that was going to be going on your sandwich. Most subways nowadays have metal barriers that you cannot see what the food looks like.That is going on your sandwich.

The customer service I received recently was lacking. I called to ask if I could have a note placed on my order. I mentioned I had JUST placed the order. The female that answered was incredibly unprofessional and told me they hadn’t received my order and proceeded to say “well I don’t know what you want me to do about it.” As someone who has worked in customer service for many years, giving a customer an attitude over the phone is not the way to appease them. All I wanted was extra olives.

This was, by far, the worst Subway experience I’ve ever had. I understand they were busy but had to repeat myself multiple times. I then opened my sub after driving away and this is what I paid over $11 for. The sandwich was such a mess! I enjoy the drive through option but am truly disappointed.

2nd time now eating there. Order same item and it’s not hard BLT extra bacon. The bacon it burnt and black and there is no extra. Why should you have to babysit them to get it right.

Paid 52 dollars for 4 subs one of them wasn’t even ours it was someone else’s. There running out of alot of there food including bread. The environment is very unorganized and unprofessional. Would not recommend antigo subway to anyone!!

Ordered a BLT and Chicken Bacon Ranch and received the italian sub and a turkey sub. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! After calling and complaining was told as long as I got food from them there was nothing they could do unless I went back in, but I was already 25 minutes back at home. My fault for not checking them first but again, do not recommend!!

Place the pick up order online so that I can stop and pick it up quick before I had to be to work. Got there a couple minutes before the time that I said it would be done. Waited seen nothing no sandwich anywhere nothing. My app told me that it was ready I then asked the worker and he had not even started on it. What is the point of having online pick up if you’re not gonna get it done in that time. They should
Change it from this is the time it will be done to. We’ll do it whenever the hell we want. I think they need a new manager somebody who will teach their employees about good time management.
